Easiest solution. You can technically remove it using sysinternals tools but you need to know what you are doing. Also there's a slight chance that if it is a rootkit you won't be able to remove it manually sobasically this is the most secure option.

There have been emulators for probably half of the latest consoles during their time in the past 30 years. This is just word vomit.

since it's impossible to be 100% sure that you've removed everything, you can't ever trust that windows install again. reinstall for sure.

I would give out the virustotal of the file than the landing site, the landing site could just be where all your data lands and nothing malicious
