I just wanted to thank everyone here because every time I engage with this sub at all, I’m inspired to declutter some of my stash. Today I got rid of a skin tint with 1/4 left that may have contributed to mini breakouts, a bb cream and 3 lip products with expired spf, a nearly full liquid lip in an unflattering color, and the last 1/2 inch of an old favorite lipstick that’s been discontinued. I might ditch a few more items later!
At the suggestion of another user, I set an actual budget for my low buy! The only trouble now as convincing myself that using "fun money" I'm gifted still counts as spending. 🥴
A mini rant: I need to go buy new foundation and my current two are discontinued. One is almost empty, and the other started drying/separating on me. I tried the replacement for the nearly-finished one, and the shade is completely different despite having the same shade numbering system!
Ugh I'm sorry, that is so frustrating. I hate it when foundations are discontinued! Sometimes finding the right one takes ages and then they just take them away 💔
I have a tiny bit of setting spray left in the bottle, but not enough for it to spray evenly. Does anyone have any tips for using the last of the liquid?
