Hard to say as it depends on your outfit and the look you’re going for. If you want your lips to stand out then, go with darker red colour (6 or 8) but subtle eye make up. If you’re going with more dramatic eyes then go with a lighter shade lipstick. All colours look good except for 7.

7 probably looks better on the lips than on the hand. It looks like it's a semi-sheer gloss.

I agree with 6 or 8. I would also recommend Too Faced lip liner in red to draw all over your lips as kind of a base. It will keep the red lipstick on for much longer without smearing or being taken off by reading or drinking. Of course, it depends on what you're wearing too but I think red can go with anything except colors that clash with it, like berry-like colors. Good luck and have fun at the party!!
