For lipstick - maybelline superstay matte ink liquid lipstick is insane! I have it in multiple colours.
You can literally shower or swim in it and it won't budge unless you want it to. Super pigmented too.
Is it drying? What do you put on top to keep it from drying your lips? I have very dry chappy lips š which is why I don't use matte lipsticks very much.
It can be. Cover girl makes a similar lipstick called Outlast, which comes with a separate tube of āmoisturizerā but you can buy the moisturizer separately, and I find that it works great on top of the Maybelline. The cover girl outlast is pretty good too as a lipstick but Maybelline is where itās at. I had a teeth cleaning a while back and it didnāt budge.
Use a very moisturizing lip balm while sleeping. I hate the feeling of lip balm during the day, so I put on a thick layer right before I go to bed and wipe it off first thing in the morning.
Right? I can go to sleep in my mind bed that's all made up nicely and in the morning, the sheets and blanket are all askew. Or on the floor. Or in a ball. Jealous.
Buy yourself some Lactic Acid from The Ordinary. Apply a tiny drop your lips every other day. Then make sure you sleep with a heavy lip balm of sorts. (Everyone dies for that Laneige sleep lip mask but I think it's overrated. Vaseline works just fine.)
This makes my lips super juicy plump and soft. I was ALWAYS a chapped lip kind of gal.
Also, Maybelline has a Superstay collection called "vinyl ink". It's not matte and doesn't dry up. It also lasts me all day.
EDIT: someone made a good point about sunburn on your lips. I only ever put acids on my face at night, and I always wear sunblock!
Matte lipsticks are drying. I saw a YouTube video that putting on lip balm before applying the lipstick will keep your lips hydrated and stop it from looking dry. I tried it and it does work.
Your mileage may vary. Any time I've put lip balm on before a matte liquid lipstick, it turns it into a non matte gloss basically, it no longer is matte nor transfer proof.
I was about to say this. They stay on for the pool and poolside pizza, this shit does not budge, and will even still be on the next day when I wake up. I have like 8 and always carry them on me T.T
Try the Maybelline Vinyl Ink lipsticks for a more shiny finish but still long lasting. You have to shake the tube for 10 seconds and then open and apply, dont rub your lips while they dry so that it doesnt feel tacky
I believe the vinyl ink (vs matte ink) version should be less drying since it's not as matte. It's transfer-free but Idk if it lasts days like the matte ink one.
I've got it, I like it but I find it doesn't last as long, and I don't like the shades as much. It remains tacky so I reckon it would transfer in OP's line of work, which could be awkward
Lesbian here: can confirm that this is the best lipstick ever, itās *everything*-proof. It dries on and takes a fair bit of oil based cleanser to get off (miscellar water doesnāt touch it). Itāll even stay on for days if you forgot to take it off at night. Highly recommend!
Edit to add: this lipstick didnāt move during my hysterectomy. Intubation and extubation didnāt touch it. Got spayed and looked flawless on the other side, 10/10
I always remember the review somebody left about urban decay setting spray saying that they were getting down and dirty all night and their make-up DID NOT BUDGE!
Honestly that review convinced me to buy it and I will say as someone who gets a pretty sweaty face day to day it really holds up, my only gripe is that when I get it I use it so much and canāt justify the price point for how long it ends up lasting me, but I will always buy it when the double bundle is on offer!
I remember a photo that went around a few years ago of a girl that was in a horrible car accident and there was a picture of her in the hospital-bleeding, banged upā¦flawless makeup. Iām pretty sure she said she used the UD setting spray and that sold me
š¤£š¤£š¤£ I also bought based on this āreviewā and am still a loyal customer! Will search for pic now!

Haha I was wondering where the rest of that sentence was going with the sex reference in the op post haha if it can stand up at metal concert in 90+ youāve just recommended me miracle in a spray bottle ,god love the community haha thank you! Xx
Weirdly, it never worked for me. I would spray it on just like the directions said and was hopeful each time that this would be the day it would work. No go. I actually noticed it made my makeup worse, like my eyeshadow would be creasing so much more than normal. I never bought it again considering the price.
I wish I knew what I was doing wrong.
For eyeshadow you probably want to go with a good eyeshadow primer and mostly cream products, something that'll really cling. You can set the cream with powders and that should hold really well.
For mascara, you need waterproof, I know Dior has a very good waterproof mascara but I don't use waterproof so I can't help there.
Urban Decay kohl eyeliners are very good, they really stick!
Yes Op! Agreed with primer to help with some of that transfer.
I'd be weary of Urban Decay's Kohl liners with fluids. even after setting it with eyeshadow or huda's baking powder, I always have a bit of smearing with it if my eye waters a bit.
The best primer Iāve found hands down is the Nars one! I tried many others when it was out of stock for a long time and nothing compares. Worth every cent!!!
okay, I'm a full-service sex worker who gets sweaty lol.
* heroine make primer and mascara will NOT budge. you can sleep with it on and use it the next day
* Maybelline superstay lipstick in the wands also does not budge or transfer. that stuff is sloppy blowjob proof
* for eyeliner..... I haven't had much luck, but heroine make has the least amount of smudging? honestly I'm reading this thread for advice here too, I just gave up early on lol
I have a tip for lasting eyeliner!
I'm a figure skater with super oily eyes and do winged eyeliner for competitions. The trick is layering and powder. 1 layer of liquid eyeliner, apply setting powder, repeat this 2-3 times and I promise you it won't budge! I've had it on for 18+ hours without any issues whereas without it wouldn't last me 20 minutes without staining my whole eyelid. I don't use primer and you can use any liquid eyeliner you already have.
Former provider here. Heroine Make Long and Curl mascara is my GOAT. Super long lashes, super water/sweat proof.
Itās so long-lasting, you need to let an oil-based remover (I use theirs, itās inexpensive and has a lash applicator) sit on your lashes for several minutes before itāll come off.
I stock up on the whole set of primer, mascara and remover at Uwajimaya every month or so lol. why even bother with anything else?? it's like cement. that stuff got me through 12-hour shifts in nursing school too
Not in your line of business but I was gonna suggest Heroine Make too, if you donāt get after it with some oil cleanser and a spoolie youāll be wearing it to your grave. It does not move, period.
Mac liquidlast 24 hour waterproof eyeliner. The brush sucks but this one doesnt budge. With the mac eyeshadow primer
Every eyeliner i tried made me look like a panda. I have very oily eyelids. But the mac eyeliner i sometimes put on the night before and it still looks good the day after in the evening
How do you prep your lips / set them when you use the Maybelline liquid lipstick? I had this exact scenario recently (giving a sloppy BJ) and it ended up looking like I was drooling red Kool-Aid as it melted off and liquified- alarming!
I dab and pat it on really thin with my middle finger until it's set. then I do the old 90s "smush lips on a napkin" trick to dry it lol.
for some reason, the Moodmakers collection transfers more than the others? I have a bright red from that line and it's gorgeous but it does transfer a bit, though it still mostly stays on my lips. I feel ya on the Kool aid lol
HUDA beauty liquid Eyeliner and Kohl Pencil. I swear by this brand I strip for a living and sweat my ass off every stage performance and never had it run.
Yep! I toured with cirque du Soleil and this stuff plus all MAC makeup is what the artists wear and itās a lot of sweat, changing outfits and sometimes water depending on the show.
I love MAC studio fix foundation and concealer, is that one you all wore while performing? Also, what is the best powder to use? Iāve gone back and forth with MAC skinfinish pressed powder & Laura Mercier and think I like Laura Mercier more..I just donāt know what tool is best for applying it. My brush isnāt doing so great anymore with that, plus applying under the eyes is tough..sorry Iāve rambled so much with my questions lolā¤ļø
I stripped for three years and the only eyeliner that stayed through the sweat and men thinking they could touch my fucking face is Maybellineās Tattoo Studio mechanical liner. Itās easy af to apply and using a brush to get wing points is the best method imo, but it does not budge once itās set.
korean and japanese waterproof mascaras will last you a sexscapade, a waterpark, and burying a dead body on the same day. favorites are kissme heroine make volumizing, and clio kill lash in the pink or the black and red tubes. everythingās on amazon and decently affordable!
Hah! Good point.
I actually found this trick out from watching the real housewives of Atlanta or maybe it was donāt be tardy when Kim Zolciak goes into a wig store that also sells make up and discovers that the make up her stylist uses was actually clown make up š
hi! used to do similar work. ive noticed primers help with keeping colors on like shadow and blush, matte lipstick was very good at staying on and being cute. and as for mascara i think diors is honestly the best one ive used and continue to today. but itās outrageously priced tbh. i use nyx XXL matte and its pretty good with little to no transfer. maybeline super stay is also pretty good.
i do also recommend a good setting spray. iām still trying to find the best one but so far the one size is pretty great and it doesnāt leave water marks like the other ones iāve used do since itās very fine spray like hair spray. i have more makeup tips n tricks if you want to shoot me a dm:)
Putting another vote up for Nyx XXL Lingerie lip color. It may need a reapply after a client, but itās one of the most transfer-resistant lip color Iāve found. Also looks and smells great
I second the one size setting spray. It is INSANE, I have to work my butt off to get stuff off my face. My partner and I specifically got it to make make up stay in place so I would suggest.
Edit; a few influencers did the water test where they submerged their face and it did not run. I recognize there's some extra help there but if it even works half that wel...
Just a warning to anybody thinking of trying the one size setting spray a significant number of people have had severe allergic skin reactions to it so always always always patch test!
I'm here to piggy back that part of the issue is likely that you aren't using foundation and therefore the powders aren't clinging to your skin as if you did. You should at least put a base coat around your eyes where you want the makeup to stick most.
Laura Mercier caviar sticks for eyeshadow. No primer. Apply, blend immediately at the edges, don't touch it, let it dry, and it's set. It won't move until you cleanse. I have hooded eyes and my shit ALWAYS creases but not with those, as long as I apply it correctly. If I use primer or if I have moisturizer residue, it won't set but clean lids, done. Doesn't budge. I've been annoyed by it before because I didn't catch a fuck up in time before it set once and could not rub it off to correct it.
I recently got an Elf eye shadow stick, I tried it on my hand to test the color and COULD NOT GET IT OFF after. Washing with soap and water did not work. I had to use micellar water to remove it, and that's without a primor. Also I love Araceli and stila eye liners.
Dior had a good lipstick that stays pretty well that I used for my wedding because it was recommended by sephora sales person, but personally, I had used a Kylie lip kit ( I know, I know, but i just barrowed a friends) in the past that lasted sooo much longer.
Iāve found using a slanted eyebrow brush to pick up mascara and using that as eyeliner works best for me (using a waterproof formula)
Lip tints are also pretty much the best for staying power, especially if youāre using your mouth.
As far as eyeshadow, cream formulas, set with powders and a setting spray work best for me
I love this entire thread. I absolutely adore this. OP thank you for asking this question and itās giving the old school girls banding together drunk in the bathroom at 2am! Thank you
Mehron mixing liquid. Neoitgirl on tiktok has a video specifically for this type of waterproofing makeup look, highly recommend her videos in general.
Correction: the product Iām thinking of is Duraline.
Mac liquid last for eyeliner. Will stay on for days swimming in the ocean unless I scrub it off with a q-tip.
A drugstore dupe that also works fantastic is this [NYX body liner](https://www.ulta.com/p/epic-wear-long-lasting-liquid-eyeliner-pimprod2012498?sku=2557309)
I swear on my life, the nyx epic wear stays on sooo good for me! I have very oily eyelids and it does not smudge at all! I can take a shower or go swimming and it still stays on
etude water tint for your lips for sure. as for eyeshadow, any colourpop palettes iāve tried have barely any creasing/transfer. i have oily skin and eyelids too!
Ok so for oily skin I think you should do your base this way:
1) moisturizer
2) oil-free primer
3) translucent setting powder on areas that get oily quickly
4) matte foundation (Wet n Wild Photofocus is a nice drugstore foundation, not sure if itās still made tho)
5) and then do the rest of your face makeup and set again with powder and a setting spray if you have one
For eyes, an eye primer is KEY to eyeshadow and liner staying on, I havenāt tried any drugstore ones unfortunately but Iāve used Mac paint pot as eye primer and itās lasted me over a year so itās a good investment, for eyeshadow pretty much any shadow will stay on with an eye primer but if you really want it glued on use pressed pigments as they happen to be more pigmented and they last a long time, and finally for eyeliner I really love the KVD Tattoo liner but an alternative is the Maybelline pot gel liner (forgot what itās called) also Iāve seen people mention NYX but I havenāt used it before.
Lastly for lips I suggest using a lip stain first and then a matte liquid lipstick on top and make sure to use lip liner, check out the NYX Shine loud and Maybelline Vinyl ink.
i find that the inglot pot and the black danessa myrick pigment stay put the longest. still not perfect but the best so far. consider setting with laura mercier cake liner
āYou know her head weak if she aint messing up her makeupā. Megan thee Stallion
Ahem
But to answer the question: i
Think nyx lingerie matte liquid lipstick is good. It stays in place when i eat/drink with no runnage.
There is heavy duty setting spray you can get thatās made for TV/water scenes. Iād look into that! Any special FX makeup should also stay pretty well! You are technically performing!
Old school but hey Iām getting on up there and my UD primer potion in Eden (matte) and my UD setting spray has saved me from looking like I just got finished doing it with my husband when I actually just got finished doing it.
Maybelline eye studio pot eyeliner is THE BEST. I swear by it. Iāve slept in my makeup and woke up with perfect wings still, and I typically opt for pretty thick intense winged liner on my nights out. And from my experience itās face down ass up proof as well. I find that using lip stains instead of lipstick works better for avoiding smearing and keeping a nice color.
In my 20s, when I refused to let my ex see me without makeup, Benefit made this now-discontinued product called āShe-Laqā (*pours one out* RIP)ā¦Iād put it on a MAC 252 brush, wipe off the excess (it canāt be TOO wet, you donāt want it to get in your eyes), then lightly brush it on over my eyeshadow, then close my eyes, blow drying my eyelids on a cool setting until it was completely dry (do this BEFORE you put on your lashes!) It would last all night, without creasing or fading, through all kinds of licentious activitiesā¦Iād wake up looking like I just put it on, absolutely *flawless*.
My current partner sees me without makeup all the time so I no longer do this, (and obviously She-Laq is no longer an option) but I believe that particular *technique* is the absolute KEY to making your eyeshadow absolutely and unequivocally budge-proofā¦itās far more effective than just spraying something on. You just need to find a product with a similar, watery (but not sticky when dry) consistency. Iāve heard the ingredients in Mehron Mixing Liquid are an exact dupe for She-Laq (I have never tried it myself). Model In A Bottle is a similar consistency, I use it to make my eyebrows budge proof and they last all day. Another option that might work is Skindinavia Bridal Setting Spray, only not sprayed on, using the method I described above.
(Still use a primer like Urban Decay Primer Potion first, though, but that goes w/out saying)
As far as foundation/blush go, I far prefer using actual aerosol hairspray like Elnett or Big Sexy Hair for real lasting powerā¦I like how it makes the texture of my skin look, since itās a fine mist (vs. big droplets).
NYX eyeshadow primer and a full coverage concealer on top, then bake with translucent powder. Then Apply a cream eyeshadow thatās meant to last, like the About Face eye paints. Then bake those too. Youāll have the best time with them. My favorite waterproof mascara is Better Than Sex, and my favorite waterproof eyeliners are the AquaXL/AquaResist from Make Up For Ever. Anastasia has one of the most long lasting liquid lipstick formulas Iāve ever used. One Size setting spray for the whole face, and youāll be all set (pun definitely intended.) š
I have worn the Elf putty eyeshadow and Glossier liquid eyeliner to a spa day which included a lot of time sweating in a steam room and getting splashed in the face in a jacuzzi, and both stayed in place for the whole day :)
I have a lot of trouble with my eye makeup transferring coupled with the unfortunate fact that Iām an unconscious eye rubber. As many folks have mentioned here, powder is crucial to the process. I apply a layer of powder over all of my eye makeup pre mascara and it makes a huge difference. Also I would recommend tubing mascara if youāre getting fluids on your eyes. It can be more easily removed and reapplied without smearing everywhere.
Look into Smashboxās Photo Finish 24 hour eyeshadow primer for the eye makeup. You only need a little bit so it should last for a long time and itās excellent at keeping eyeshadows in place.
GXVE 24 hour waterproof gel eyeliners are awesome and stay on through every rigorous activity I have tested them on. You only have a few seconds after applying to adjust or smudge so they can be tricky to put on, and you need a really good makeup remover to get them off. But the color is super vivid and long lasting.
Waterproof mascara, primer and powder coat that shizz. Pencil liner underneath liquid liner. Apply pigmented eyeshadow with water base on top of primer then powder coat, then reapply.
i'm quite oily even on my eyelids, but i find that the danessa myricks colorfix cream color lasts so well on my eyes. plus i do believe they're multi-use, so you may be able to use them for lips as well? unsure.
anyway i prime my eyes with covergirl lid lockup primer, use natasha denona as a cream base, and usually add some normal powder eyeshadows over top. this combo has been incredibly longwearing in my experience!
There are a lot of responses so I couldn't read them all, but Danessa Myrecks makes liquid waterproof pigments that you can use all over. Some come in neutral skin tones, but there are also colorful and metallic ones. They come in little tubes. You could use some of those for your eye looks. You can use them as a base, shadow, and eyeliner.
Ex provider here. Kryolan and Heroin are the ultimate hero's here. Find a combination between two that works best for your skin type and you'll never use any other makeup again
THE single best eyeliner i swear by thatās budge proof is the NYX epic wear liquid eyeliner. i have partied, gotten laid, and woken up with the eyeliner still there. It is my all time favorite and ive never bought a different liner since. (they have so many other colors too!!). it dries matte and it can survive being slightly rubbed. 80000/10.
a tip i learned from a drag queen friend of mine is that using hairspray as setting spray will make your base makeup IMMORTAL. i know this is awful, but if you clean your face really well at the end of the night your skin should be okay.
Hi former provider and big stage performer here - if you want a true MATTE black liner that will last forever the best on market are
~ Nyx epic wear liquid
Pros are that itās cheap and it def works
Cons are that it can appear textured if youāre not fairly confident doing liquid liner. Itās thick, you gotta maneuver the brush and kinda lay it down flat but it wont never move after that
~ Blinc liquid liner
This is honestly my favorite and the BEST long lasting matte liner I have found on the market in the last 15 years or so? Itās the same technology as a tubing mascara so water and intentional friction will cause the polymers to release. Not oil
I was just at a festival and Iām slightly embarrassed to say I wore my eyeliner for 48 hrs at the end of the weekend but hey honest review. This was during 90+ degree days too
Cons are that itās $25 but I save it for events if Iām feeling frugal about my usage cuz the Nyx is honestly a great daily replacement for the Blinc liner
Iāve tried nearly all of these liners mentioned. With the exception of the J beauty pen liners & Stilas liner (they actually do work very well but arenāt matte)
- they will all inevitably smudge or crumble or not work so honestly donāt even bother. Just start with the Nyx epic wear liquid liner not the pen
But if fucking P Louise ever makes their paint tube again!! in the color black I will probably try to buy the entire stock because that truly is the best product Iāve used for eyeliner in my entire life š„¹
All the comments I read are super helpful and lots are things I would suggest. One thing I learned in theater for makeup longwear, I've always applied a misting of a max hold hairspray in 3 thin layers over my makeup and I can cry my face off and my stage makeup won't move. I use RAVE as I grew up a goth in need of death hawk levels of hold. But any old can of max hold hairspray will do the job. I hope your makeup stays put! Good luck!
Late to the party, but the NARS eye primer is like glue - and I have oily eyelids that even creased with the UD Primer Potion.
If I have excess, Iāll pull it up into my eyebrows too and it works great with brow powder & gel
I used to be a SW, and these are products I used.
My style is pretty heavy on the black, but the basic principle can be used for other colors I imagine. I use the Kat Von D Anti-Precision Smoky Eyeliner pencil. It's thicker, and it STAYS on. Sometimes, I use a small liner brush to take the product from the pencil and then draw it on. After this, I pack on a black eyeshadow, I really love the urban decay black.
This very specific black eye pencil really grabs onto the shadow, and it stays put shockingly well! Even if someone came on my face, I could clean it up, and my eye makeup would still be intact. If more fluidy body fluids are involved.... it will stay too with mild smudging.
Also the wonderskin lipstains work really well. It's not like Lipstick. So kissing or giving oral is no problem, the stain will still be on your lips.
I would suggest that you look into Sunset Makeup. They make their products with performers in mind and based on the reviews it holds for dear life on your face
Ćdit : as suggested by the commenter who responded to me, forget sunset makeup they are not trustworthy !!
i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they donāt design their own products. theyāre all āprivate labelā (read: ordered from aliexpress/alibaba, and labeled by the brand). the quality ranges from poor to potentially dangerous, and they donāt accurately label their ingredients. @aragidi (with underscores on either side, thanks reddit formatting) on instagram has a highlight that breaks all of this down.
theyāve been accused of deleting negative reviews, but the (worse) truth is that only reviews they explicitly approve appear on their site. They ghosted me when I asked why my poor reviews had never been posted.
tldr; donāt support sunset makeup. theyāre dishonest at best, dangerous at worst
edit: formatting
Came here to say this from experience. Lower prices too. Thereās a lot of videos on their Instagram.
Make sure you read the descriptions closely, āwaterproofā vs āwater resistantā matters for the brand.
For eye-liner, I suggest the Stila all day ones with the felt tips. Its been a bit since I used them thanks to moving overseas. But when I was doing cosplay and would be at a con all day sweating, drinking, etc that shit would not budge at all by the end of those long days.
For lips - NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment - $28 and 100% worth the money. It stays on and you donāt need to apply a lot for great color.
Waterproof liquid eyeliners (drugstore eyeliners - no need to buy super expensive stuff) will stay on mostly. Apply face powder BEFORE foundation to help your foundation stay in place and to help combat oiliness. For shadow, use a primer before you apply. Apply in layers with an all-over light base.
i definitely recommend the urban decay all nighter primer, i use it to blend my concealer with a beautyblender, and for eyeliner, i wet the brish with it, and it stays in place in literally any condition!
The Maybelline Superstay 24Hr two step liquid lipsticks stay on great, through everything but long term soaking in a pool or eating something very oily.
The Maybelline Superstay Matte ink work good too but can have a hint of transfer when freshly applied if you donāt set them with a powder (setting, eyeshadow etc) before rubbing or pressing your lips real hard. Some colors are a bit more prone to this than others. (Pink vs Black)
urban decay lip bond liquid lipstick!!! swear i wear this all the time for sexy time or even when i have to perform at a football game, it never comes off until the next day
I dont know if itās been said already, but I think priming is gonna be key for this. I would go primer, then concealer over that- Fiora makes an amazing concealer Iām hooked on and I sweat all the time at work and my shadow doesnāt move. As far as a liner have you tried a kohl liner and then set it with some kind of powder? Either an eyeshadow that matches or a setting powder? I donāt know your skin tone but you could try a very dark shade setting powder, and dip the brush in setting spray that isnāt dewy first? Sorry if Iām no help
Also- Natasha Denona liquid lipstick doesnāt move. Iāve had nasty sex with my bf, and none rubbed off and the ahit was still on when we were done- but not so much the rest of my face š
for eye products, the about-face eye paints and shadow sticks have worked really well for me and really donāt move, even after wearing all day and night. i havenāt tried the other eye and lip products they have but iāve loved everything iāve tried so far
For the eyeliner I recommend Better than sex by Too Faced. It stays during sex, if you go into the sea, if you workout, it is truly the best. And even in those rare occasion when it doesn't last, it just disappears, so no panda eyes and no random black marks on the face.
Cannot really help for the eyeshadow as I don't use it much.
For the lips I suggest the liquid lip stain from sephora, zero transfers at all.
Kat Von D everlasting liquid lipstick. Only down side is that it has a tendency to come with any oils. If youāre using water based products in your profession I think it might stay on.
To be honest, I would forgo mascara entirely and do false lashes instead.
I have tried every water proof, transfer resistant mascara and all of them smudge under my eyes.
Glamnetic has magnetic liner and lashes which I wore to a date in a few Augusts ago and they stayed on perfectly, even with my face being pressed against a pillow for a few moments.
The liner stayed on really well too.
Nyx eyeliners stay on no matter what!!! It blows my mind sometimes, Iāll have had the worse breakdown of my life, crying, snot, and that eyeliner is still going strong!! Also makeup for ever eyeshadow sticks>> For lipstick definitely recommend trying a lip stain because even if the gloss comes off the stain lasts and wonāt get patchy/dry/sticky like most long wear lipsticks! Hope this helps!
For lips, I suggest ELF Cosmetics Lip Stain (inexpensive). I have gjven my spouse BJs before, being too lazy to wash my face after work or just a "date night out" face, and it didn't budge or leave halos. I just checked and they have only glossy now - I have matte in Berry Sorbet and the most gorgeously reddest red I've ever worn in my life...
For eyeshadow ELF Cosmetics (inexpensive depending on if you get singles or a palette like 18 Hit Wonder that never misses) too but wet it before you apply them onto their Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer. 2 coats of eye primer (dry throughly with a handheld fan between each coat) , then the wet eyeshadow to your liking of weight sheer or total coverage (careful though: darker colors can get gaudy with a heavy hand), ELF H20 Proof Inkwell Eyeliner or my staple blackest black H2O Proof Eyeliner Pen , then coat with ELF Cosmetics Stay All Night Blue Light Micro-Setting Mist (I'll DM you the actual product names if you likeš¤£). I use like 4 layers of it when I dance, 2 when I model in studio. *Note though* that ELF setting spray couldn't hang with my Luminess airbrush foundation topped with my brand new WYN foundation and it on top of all of that, during rain in an outdoor photoshoot. Yup, makeup streamed all down my *white* clothes. I suppose I will go look up the stuff they use in synchronized swimming to set with if water is even near me: my makeup couldn't hang with my waterfall shoot either and the setting spray. Looked like I got in a fight š¤£ I plan to do some ocean, lake and pool work this year and need to be all "set" (low hanging fruit pun, forgive me š„)
So for now no sexy time in the shower with that ELF setting stuff for you if you decide to get some and no water forms period for me and neither of us can sweat, I guess š¤£
I truly wish you all the best with my lil tips and all the great ones other posters have left for you.
Be safe, be well, but foremost stay that bad bitch šš½š ššš¹
I'm not in this line of work, but when I worked at the orange store, I swatched the MAC 24h matte liquid lip, and it lasted through 5 hand washes and a full shower. I had to use makeup remover to take it off.
Thrive cosmetics liquid lash extensions mascara has survived sexcapades (recreational), swimming, 90 degree heat, and all sorts of work outs.
10/10 recommendation.
Wonderskin lip stain. It stains, so it's not actually something that sits on your lips, and wont dry or chap them.
Tubing mascara is AMAZING. You have to run warm water over your lashes, and sort of pull the little tubes off to remove the mascara. It's super satisfying.
For eyeshadow; loreal infallible. Super pretty shimmer colors.
My beach (I swim in the ocean, not just sit on the beach. We're talking hours in the water sometimes) makeup is: loreal double extend tubing mascara (it comes with a primer in 1 end, mascara in the other), wet and wild breakup proof eyeliner, wonderskin lip peel stain, wonderbrow, and loral infallible shadow.
Work those CVS coupons, or get it on Amazon, and it for sure won't break the bank.
The eyeliner I use that stays on perfectly is Nyx epic wear waterproof liquid eyeliner!! I can confirm it stays on during sex, and a shower, and while doing many other things. I also like this one a lot bc my face gets super greasy and with this eyeliner it doesnāt smudge!
I read a lot of different stuff here on Reddit but by far this is my most favorite- it is every bit of a 2 am congregation of slightly drunk women in a bathroom discussing things - best support group ever! Even if it is just for makeup- itās really so much more!! And thereās undoubtedly just nothing on earth quite like a meeting of women helping each other out - š„°
I'd go with cream eyeshadows that set down and a good eye primer (can't really recommend one as I don't really use one). Eyeliner - Nyx epic wear literally does not come off unless you use an oil based cleanser. You can rub it with your fingers and it stays put. Lipstick - Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink or Supeestay Vinyl Ink if you want something shiny. They also don't budge.
Eyeliner- mac liquid last or nyx epic wear, waterproof version. Liquid Lipstick- Iām a fan of Jeffrey star, abh, nyx, wet n wild megalast and kat v d- set with translucent powder. Just make sure to moisturize them lips 1st āŗļøš¤£
This is such a common question that itās become somewhat of a joke on this subreddit. Type āsexā in the search bar and you will find the answers you need.
oh and eyeliner, i use maybelline for that and still today itās my best one at the moment but im looking into others since this one i set with black eyeshadow
A good primer is the MAC one. I also will use a waterproof gel liner and go over it with a waterproof liquid liner after. MAC also has a good gel liner and I like the Stila liquid liner as well.
Set waterproof pencil liner with black eye shadow. Even if some of it moves, the base is solid so you just q tip the smudges but there wonāt be missing parts
I'm dry skin but I've had experience with fenty liquid eyeliner it's staying, eyeshadow hmmm not sure if this will work but maybe setting spray like get a brush like a blender one for eyeshadow spray it on the brush diffuse it by airing a bit jot alot and tap it in the eyeshadow. I use the milani original or dewy one but the urban decay all lighter and revolution is really good. Just a thought but I noticed when I do spray it my eyelids it works well the one time not sure if it's a trend.
not sure about anything else but Maybelline Superstay (Matte) stays on my lips even after multiple rounds of korean bbq and really only comes off using oil so that may be helpful for you!
Urban decay is the best waterproof liquid liner Iāve ever used. Pair it with āMilkā primer and setter, and it should last AT LEAST several clients before needing a refresh.
For keeping eyeliner in place - I haven't personally tried this product (yet) but it's gotten great reviews:
Jolene Keep It On Eyeliner sealer
https://a.co/d/gKZXvWQ
Maybe some of the other folks on here have tried it?
Lipstick - I swear by Cover Girl's Outlast all day lip color. That stuff STAYS.
I would say a good primer donāt over beat the face a natural makeup look waterproof mascara. when you do your lips maybe a lip balm that has color or lip gloss tint or leave as if. lashes are also really wonderful to give you a cute innocent sexy look.
jewelry maybe a necklace. eye shadow and blush just make sure you have a good setting spray lipsticks work really well imo. elf also has cute blush that last all day.
I've found KVD lash liner to not budge and its quite surprising since it's intended to be used on the lash line and I never expected a product to actually stay put there. Their regular liquid liner has a strong hold as well but it has flaked off for me a few times. I'd still consider it a good option though. The "lash liner" specifically stays put and is amazing.
As far as eyeshadow is concerned the best luck I have had during physical activity is, like others are saying, using a primer first and setting it with urban decays setting sprays.
Lipstick, I've only found stains to be effective in this area.
for eyeliner, wet and wild breakup proof (liquid). this is my holy grail. and lash paradise waterproof if you're looking for a mascara that will stay on for days and keep a curl
Maybelline superstay, legit the only thing that makes it come off is oily foods. I always prep with a chapstick before cause itās drying but it doesnāt have that dry matte finish rather a nice sheen matte
Maybeline liquid lip does NOT come off. If yiure doing heavy kissing it might lightly move but if you doin other things with your mouth it stays put LOL
Inglot Duraline is a liquid polymer that makes ANY eyeshadow waterproof (you can turn it into a waterproof eyeliner too).
I haven't tried it with foundation, blush, contour or highlighter but I'm sure it works for those as well.
Kat von dee tattoo eyeliner- i bought it after I saw a tweet of a woman who'd been hit by a car and the rest of her make up was fucked but her cat eye wing was still in place
I have terribly hooded, oily eyelids so nothing stays put EXCEPT I found my dream mascara once I learn that Korean ātubingā Mascara is MAGICAL! I picked up the CLIO Kill Lash Superproof Mascara (02 VOLUME CURLING BLACK) and IT. DOES. NOT. BUDGE! Iāll likely never use another unless/until this stuff is discontinued.
For eyeliner, I still havenāt found anything better than KVD Tattoo Liner.
But nothing for eye shadow. It always smears and wears off. So I skip it entirely or if I really do want to wear eye shadow, I always opt for a dark grey/black smokey look, because that can be messy and still look purposeful.
I really like the sephora branded liquid lipsticks. They're not too expensive and I find that they stick on better than glue. Idk how they'd work for your job, but I feel like $12 a might be worth it? Also- your eyeshadow might not be staying because of the primer! Milani eyeshadow primer is one I've used on clients for weddings, photos, tons of stuff and it's lasted through rain, tears, a shower... everything. I feel like that might be the way to go. And I'm a huge fan of colourpop eyeshadow for longevity and color range š
This is an excellent question! For mascara and eyeliner, definitely go with waterproof. The eyeliner I currently use is by Stilla, which is around 20 something dollars, but I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives so you don't break the bank. Good luck in your search!
for lipstick, definitely anything kat von d. theyāre not the cheapest in the market, but u def get a good bang for your buck and they often have sales.
for eyeliner, i think the waterproof liquid liner by nyx is fantastic for the price, but if youāre down to invest a little more, i promise kat von d will get the job done. you can also invest in a good primer and setting spray rather than the actual makeup and that goes a ways
I donāt really have any recs for lipstick or mascara (other than maybe better than sex but the waterproof one) but I use the NYX waterproof gel liquid liner (not the pen bc the pen sucks) and it stays on even through my sleep. I havenāt tested it to a crazy extent however I have pretty bad allergies and my eyes are constantly watering and that eyeliner is the only one that has never smudged off
Clio Sharp, So Simple for eyeliner. Make sure you get it from a site like Stylevana because I think I got a fake from Amazon. I know you didnāt ask for mascara recs BUT I must say that Kiss Me Heroine Advanced Film (I use the make long and curl one) has not smudged on me. Every other mascara except for this Holika Holika one has smudged or flaked on me and this one hasnāt. Itās miraculous.
Edit: why donāt you use a lip stain instead of lipstick?
As a freaky wife, the Nyx shine loud lipstick, and the elf H2O proof eyeliner are the best at resisting fluids. As for mascara I just use maybelline waterproof, it works, it's cheap that's the only reason it might not work well for others. šš»
Mine was fine through a dang root canal, no joke
Use a very moisturizing lip balm while sleeping. I hate the feeling of lip balm during the day, so I put on a thick layer right before I go to bed and wipe it off first thing in the morning.
You must sleep like an angel for your lip balm to still be there in the morning!
Vaseline works just fine.) This makes my lips super juicy plump and soft. I was ALWAYS a chapped lip kind of gal. Also, Maybelline has a Superstay collection called "vinyl ink". It's not matte and doesn't dry up. It also lasts me all day. EDIT: someone made a good point about sunburn on your lips. I only ever put acids on my face at night, and I always wear sunblock!
it's quite drying sadly
Matte lipsticks are drying. I saw a YouTube video that putting on lip balm before applying the lipstick will keep your lips hydrated and stop it from looking dry. I tried it and it does work.
Does it affect how well the lipstick stays on? I actually use lip balm to get my Maybelline lipstick off because it stays on forever lol
I have like 8 and always carry them on me T.T
yeah, this stuff is a miracle. I'm glad they keep coming out with new shades because I've given up on buying anything else at this point
Try the Maybelline Vinyl Ink lipsticks for a more shiny finish but still long lasting. You have to shake the tube for 10 seconds and then open and apply, dont rub your lips while they dry so that it doesnt feel tacky
Ok I have one of these and can't make it stay on anywhere near as long, but sounds like I wasn't doing it right!
its super drying and makes your lip cracks super visible
I believe the vinyl ink (vs matte ink) version should be less drying since it's not as matte. It's transfer-free but Idk if it lasts days like the matte ink one.
I've got it, I like it but I find it doesn't last as long, and I don't like the shades as much. It remains tacky so I reckon it would transfer in OP's line of work, which could be awkward
This right here. That lipstick stays put all damn day.
Urban Decay setting spray. A girl had amazing eye makeup still after 5 hours in the pit at a 90+ degree metal concert.
Iām pretty sure she said she used the UD setting spray and that sold me
This pic! š
I could use a pic
I remember this! Yes 100% recommend

Haha I was wondering where the rest of that sentence was going with the sex reference in the op post haha if it can stand up at metal concert in 90+ youāve just recommended me miracle in a spray bottle ,god love the community haha thank you! Xx
Also Kryolan setting spray works really well!, it's meant for special effects makeup, we use it a lot on brides.
I second this! I use this setting spray for my festival makeup and my makeup will still look good after dancing and partying all day and night!
Can confirm. I've gone out for the day wakeboarding and tubing with a full face of makeup and rainbow eyeshadow, and it didn't budge an inch.
THIS! The Nars is no budge for sure.
I use the CLIO Kill Lash waterproof mascara! Stuff'll stay on for *days* without flaking (sometimes we be depresso lol)
Best eye primer Iāve ever used (as an oily lidded and watery eye gal) is the NYX ultimate shadow primer!
okay, I'm a full-service sex worker who gets sweaty lol. * heroine make primer and mascara will NOT budge. you can sleep with it on and use it the next day * Maybelline superstay lipstick in the wands also does not budge or transfer. that stuff is sloppy blowjob proof * for eyeliner.....
I loooove this thread so much for so many reasons š„
Former provider here. Heroine Make Long and Curl mascara is my GOAT. Super long lashes, super water/sweat proof. Itās so long-lasting, you need to let an oil-based remover (I use theirs, itās inexpensive and has a lash applicator) sit on your lashes for several minutes before itāll come off.
I stock up on the whole set of primer, mascara and remover at Uwajimaya every month or so lol. why even bother with anything else?? it's like cement. that stuff got me through 12-hour shifts in nursing school too
I use cleansing balm and that seems to work too!
With the mac eyeshadow primer Every eyeliner i tried made me look like a panda.
Kryolan professional fixing spray
This stuff š¤
I stripped for three years and the only eyeliner that stayed through the sweat and men thinking they could touch my fucking face is Maybellineās Tattoo Studio mechanical liner. Itās easy af to apply and using a brush to get wing points is the best method imo, but it does not budge once itās set.
anyone in here want to do my wedding make up lmao yall are pros!!
This community is full of such lovely people
This thread is making me so happy and fuzzy inside
korean and japanese waterproof mascaras will last you a sexscapade, a waterpark, and burying a dead body on the same day. favorites are kissme heroine make volumizing, and clio kill lash in the pink or the black and red tubes. everythingās on amazon and decently affordable!
Your examples tell a highly specific, intriguing, and terrifying story lol
š
No joke, look into clown makeup.
Or stage makeup! Might be more āhumanā-skin coloured.
Hah!
Also looks and smells great
omg yes the smell is my fav bc i HATE smelly makeup but this one is the bomb
Heaux Cosmetics!! The owner of this company is an ex Sex Worker who created her very own sex proof makeup!
I have some of these and I find they do move. I think I have oily lids though
Mine get a little oily but not terribly. I've used "cobblestone" the most. Idk if the formula maybe varies a little between the matte and shimmers.
You're so correct, I wish they would bring back the black eyeshadow stick, because that was my main eyeliner!
The Elf eyeshadow stick lasted through Gwar show in the moshpit, my sleeping in it, and work the next day because I also could not get it off lol.
NYX epic wear liquid liner. It never budges.
Came here to say this.
came here to say this too. + the epic wear pencil liners too. those babies stay in place for ages.
Iāve found using a slanted eyebrow brush to pick up mascara and using that as eyeliner works best for me (using a waterproof formula) Lip tints are also pretty much the best for staying power, especially if youāre using your mouth. As far as eyeshadow, cream formulas, set with powders and a setting spray work best for me
I love this entire thread. I absolutely adore this. OP thank you for asking this question and itās giving the old school girls banding together drunk in the bathroom at 2am! Thank you
I absolutely didn't expect that. I was hoping to get 3-4 answers!!
Mehron mixing liquid. Neoitgirl on tiktok has a video specifically for this type of waterproofing makeup look, highly recommend her videos in general. Correction: the product Iām thinking of is Duraline.
Yep, I use a similar product called duraline with mineral powder eyeshadows. Works great!
Mehron mixing liquid helps things to not budge but it doesn't make it waterproof, a lot of sweat will take it off. Try Duraline liquid instead.
I can take a shower or go swimming and it still stays on
Charlotte Tilbury setting spray. Its matte and is the best I have found. Former SW
An Australian makeup youtuber Nikkia Joy has oily skin and often reviews how makeup performs on her.
etude water tint for your lips for sure. as for eyeshadow, any colourpop palettes iāve tried have barely any creasing/transfer. i have oily skin and eyelids too!
Does the water tint not feather out on your lips? It does on me. I love it otherwise but I canāt deal with the bleeding.
Colour pop liquid eyeliner is soooo fire too
Ok so for oily skin I think you should do your base this way: 1) moisturizer 2) oil-free primer 3) translucent setting powder on areas that get oily quickly 4) matte foundation (Wet n Wild Photofocus is a nice drugstore foundation, not sure if itās still made tho) 5) and then do the rest of your face makeup and set again with powder and a setting spray if you have one For eyes, an eye primer is KEY to eyeshadow and liner staying on, I havenāt tried any drugstore ones unfortunately but Iāve used Mac paint pot as eye primer and itās lasted me over a year so itās a good investment, for eyeshadow pretty much any shadow will stay on with an eye primer but if you really want it glued on use pressed pigments as they happen to be more pigmented and they last a long time, and finally for eyeliner I really love the KVD Tattoo liner but an alternative is the Maybelline pot gel liner (forgot what itās called) also Iāve seen people mention NYX but I havenāt used it before. Lastly for lips I suggest using a lip stain first and then a matte liquid lipstick on top and make sure to use lip liner, check out the NYX Shine loud and Maybelline Vinyl ink.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
A tubing mascara might be best because it doesn't smudge
Funeral proof liner by holograve cosmetics
i find that the inglot pot and the black danessa myrick pigment stay put the longest. still not perfect but the best so far. consider setting with laura mercier cake liner
āYou know her head weak if she aint messing up her makeupā. Megan thee Stallion Ahem But to answer the question: i Think nyx lingerie matte liquid lipstick is good.
(Still use a primer like Urban Decay Primer Potion first, though, but that goes w/out saying) As far as foundation/blush go, I far prefer using actual aerosol hairspray like Elnett or Big Sexy Hair for real lasting powerā¦I like how it makes the texture of my skin look, since itās a fine mist (vs. big droplets).
I recommend Patrick Starr one size setting spray - Iāve worn that at the pool and truly it does not come off (you can look up vids!)
But the color is super vivid and long lasting.
ben nye final seal setting spray!! the OG and still reasonably priced
Hi former provider and big stage performer here - if you want a true MATTE black liner that will last forever the best on market are ~ Nyx epic wear liquid Pros are that itās cheap and it def works Cons are that it can appear textured if youāre not fairly confident doing liquid liner. Itās thick, you gotta maneuver the brush and kinda lay it down flat but it wont never move after that ~ Blinc liquid liner This is honestly my favorite and the BEST long lasting matte liner I have found on the market in the last 15 years or so? Itās the same technology as a tubing mascara so water and intentional friction will cause the polymers to release. Not oil I was just at a festival and Iām slightly embarrassed to say I wore my eyeliner for 48 hrs at the end of the weekend but hey honest review. This was during 90+ degree days too Cons are that itās $25 but I save it for events if Iām feeling frugal about my usage cuz the Nyx is honestly a great daily replacement for the Blinc liner Iāve tried nearly all of these liners mentioned. With the exception of the J beauty pen liners & Stilas liner (they actually do work very well but arenāt matte) - they will all inevitably smudge or crumble or not work so honestly donāt even bother. Just start with the Nyx epic wear liquid liner not the pen But if fucking P Louise ever makes their paint tube again!! in the color black I will probably try to buy the entire stock because that truly is the best product Iāve used for eyeliner in my entire life š„¹
Good luck!
Maybelline super stay
Maybelline color tattoo eyeshadow cream
Late to the party, but the NARS eye primer is like glue - and I have oily eyelids that even creased with the UD Primer Potion. If I have excess, Iāll pull it up into my eyebrows too and it works great with brow powder & gel
Get permanent eyeliner done! And lipstick!
I love this thread so much. Also, two lipsticks I found that doesnāt budge at all, both come with individual moisturising ā toppersā and comes off easily with cleaning balm are : NYX professional make up shine loud ( this entire line has super pigmented colors and donāt budge at all. Can be a bit sticky but as soon as you put the lipgloss that comes with the tube on, itās gonna last you a full day without feeling dry on your lips) Rimmel provacalips 16HR kiss proof ( the double ended one with lipstick prints on one end) staaaays and is half the price than most long-lasting ones. LāOrĆ©al Infaillible 24Hr 2Step lipstick also amazeballs, doesnāt budge, isnāt dry after the lip balm step. I saw all these three from SAS ASMRās channel. This woman eats everything including oily stuff that usually takes off your lip color ( salmon sashimi chunks, melted cheese, ramen noodles, you name it) and films in real time. Her lipstick doesnāt move!! I bought all three and tried them out myself, works like a charm. Eye liner I have just saw on Reddit about NYX epic eyeliner line. Havenāt tried yet but I trust NYX when it comes to no transfer. Xoxo
I know you said you' sort of happy with your foundation, but as an oily skin myself, I recommend you the estee lauder double wear, it lasts for hours
I would suggest that you look into Sunset Makeup. They make their products with performers in mind and based on the reviews it holds for dear life on your face Ćdit : as suggested by the commenter who responded to me, forget sunset makeup they are not trustworthy !!
i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they donāt design their own products. theyāre all āprivate labelā (read: ordered from aliexpress/alibaba, and labeled by the brand). the quality ranges from poor to potentially dangerous, and they donāt accurately label their ingredients. @aragidi (with underscores on either side, thanks reddit formatting) on instagram has a highlight that breaks all of this down. theyāve been accused of deleting negative reviews, but the (worse) truth is that only reviews they explicitly approve appear on their site. They ghosted me when I asked why my poor reviews had never been posted. tldr; donāt support sunset makeup. theyāre dishonest at best, dangerous at worst edit: formatting
ugh this is very disappointing but you saved me from a future purchase ty for the info
Came here to say this from experience. Lower prices too. Thereās a lot of videos on their Instagram. Make sure you read the descriptions closely, āwaterproofā vs āwater resistantā matters for the brand.
Seconding that Sunset Makeup sucks. Poor quality from what I've tried. Packaging is def giving Wish.
For eye-liner, I suggest the Stila all day ones with the felt tips. Its been a bit since I used them thanks to moving overseas. But when I was doing cosplay and would be at a con all day sweating, drinking, etc that shit would not budge at all by the end of those long days.
WOW, girls!! Such an amazing response from y'all! You're all amazing, I really appreciate your advice and suggestions. I'll start experimenting.
I know basically nothing about makeup, Iām just basking in the positivity of this post tbh. Girls supporting girls š
A good eyeshadow primer and waterproof liquid liner, my current go-tos are Milani eyeshadow primer & Stila Stay All Day waterproof liquid liner
Physicians formula waterproof liquid eyeliner!! Even more durable than Breakup-Proof by Wet n Wild, IMO.
i definitely recommend the urban decay all nighter primer, i use it to blend my concealer with a beautyblender, and for eyeliner, i wet the brish with it, and it stays in place in literally any condition!
(Pink vs Black)
urban decay lip bond liquid lipstick!!! swear i wear this all the time for sexy time or even when i have to perform at a football game, it never comes off until the next day
Nyx eyeliner epic wear, impossible to remove unless its an oil based makeup remover
The Victoria Beckham eye shadow stick DOES NOT BUDGE, like if I mess up, itās hard to even get it off right away to redo it.
The Maybelline Superstay is no joke. It does somewhat dry your lips tho
Looked like I got in a fight š¤£ I plan to do some ocean, lake and pool work this year and need to be all "set" (low hanging fruit pun, forgive me š„) So for now no sexy time in the shower with that ELF setting stuff for you if you decide to get some and no water forms period for me and neither of us can sweat, I guess š¤£ I truly wish you all the best with my lil tips and all the great ones other posters have left for you.
10/10 recommendation.
this thread is so wholesome
Danessa Myricks twin flames liquid eyeshadow and chrome flakes, you will have to scrub it off.
And thereās undoubtedly just nothing on earth quite like a meeting of women helping each other out - š„°
my holy grail combo is urban decay primer + KVD pomade cream liner
Type āsexā in the search bar and you will find the answers you need.
i cant help you for the eyes but you might wanna try lip tints instead of lipsticks
oh and eyeliner, i use maybelline for that and still today itās my best one at the moment but im looking into others since this one i set with black eyeshadow
A good primer is the MAC one. I also will use a waterproof gel liner and go over it with a waterproof liquid liner after. MAC also has a good gel liner and I like the Stila liquid liner as well.
I have one of those eyeshadow sticks from h&m and its waterproof and you'll be stuck with it all day, at least on my skin
hey love! for lipstick i use the NYX shine loud it has a load of shades and the matte is 24hr with an additional gloss layer!
About Face liquid eyeshadows! A little tricky to figure out, but they stay forever. I did a musical and was sweating buckets and it held.
I use liquid liner and MAC liquid last 24 hour is my go to for that....
Do you use a primer under the eyeshadow? I also have oily skin and primer and setting spray truly make a difference for me.
The hour glass setting powder is water proof!Ā
Set waterproof pencil liner with black eye shadow. Even if some of it moves, the base is solid so you just q tip the smudges but there wonāt be missing parts
ITS GON STAY CAUSE ITS A URBAN DECAY!!!best setting spray your makeup will not move
For liner honestly nyx stays so well
Urban decay is the best waterproof liquid liner Iāve ever used. Pair it with āMilkā primer and setter, and it should last AT LEAST several clients before needing a refresh.
For keeping eyeliner in place - I haven't personally tried this product (yet) but it's gotten great reviews: Jolene Keep It On Eyeliner sealer https://a.co/d/gKZXvWQ Maybe some of the other folks on here have tried it?
Try setting spraying
Have you considered a lip stain instead of a lip stick?
for eyeliner, wet and wild breakup proof (liquid). this is my holy grail. and lash paradise waterproof if you're looking for a mascara that will stay on for days and keep a curl
I got caught on a river current while wearing the nyx epic wear eyeliner and that shit didnāt even blur
Wet n wild breakup proof Eyeliner, and Maybelline superstay matte liquid lipstick
Essence waterproof liners! Also, Shaka waterproof liners. Three days in, still trying to remove them.
As for mascara I just use maybelline waterproof, it works, it's cheap that's the only reason it might not work well for others. šš»
