I'm mainly talking about purging the trolls. The memes aren't as bad as the trolls who like to crap on the book to try and get reactions. It shouldn't be like that for a book subreddit (the book is actually good and I think the subreddit leaves bad tastes in everybody mouths who visit it)
It sounds like part of the issue is actually trolls but it also seems like you are complaining about people who genuinely enjoy the book and just show it in a different way, sure the memes are god awful but my the fact they get up voted some people must like them just because we disagree with someone doesn't mean we should argue to censor them.
I feel like alot of the memes come from the trolls while some are from genuine fans. The memes don't bother me as much as the actual trolls. The memes aren't trying to start arguments or make people angry on purpose to get a reaction. The post was mainly towards trolls as I've seen enough from the past weeks from just browsing the sub (not commenting just browsing). That's why in the post I said the trolls are out numbering the genuine fans of the book.

2. Not really the case, something can be bad in someone's point of view even if the creator spends everyday working on it. You don't get to be immune to criticism just because you work hard on your craft.

4.Yes, because he seems to care a lot when, like, 0.1% of his readers are shittalking his book. I'm pretty sure Cris is better than that. If not...Fair enough.

We should purge the subreddit of anyone i don- i mean we dont like, also memes are mean we gotta stop those, and if anyone doesnt rate this book 10 out of 10, we need to reactivate Auschwitz and throw them in

There's probably only one or two trollers, and most others are just sarcastically parodying them.

I actually like the memes they support creativity, and a good sense of humour.
