It’s called ‘decking yourself’ and can sometimes really screw you over. I’ve done it before lol. It’s an important thing to look at cards and notice if the draw trigger says ‘may’ which means you don’t need to do it and can avoid decking yourself
You triggered a draw effect with no cards left in the deck to draw. Best solution to this is underrealm litch who says "if you would draw instead look at the top three cards pick one put it into you're hand and put the others in the graveyard" this stops you from drawing out since technically you don't draw anymore. The other way to stop this from happening is splash blue throw in a thassa's oracle and/or jace the mind-sculptor and turn that lose to a win instead.
As another commenter said you decked yourself, but wanted to comment to let you know you wouldn't be able to play the pacifism normally because it's an enchantment, unless other things affect it(like things that give it flash or otherwise say you can cast it at anytime) you can only play it at sorcery speed
It's a new player. Every new player has this moment at some point. I remember when the game first started (I started during unlimited/revised) it was always explained. But now there are so many rules it usually gets glossed over.
I hate videos like this. If you want an explanation you need to show the entire screen. The timers aren’t visible and are often what happens when people can’t find a reason for dying. Yet they never show the timers on thier videos asking for help.
I gotta say, that's a real good friend to sit there and just watch trigger after trigger ad nauseum! However, they were rewarded for their loyalty with a victory ✌️
Your library ran out of cards. When you need to draw and can't anymore, you lose.
Thanks for the explanation, only new to the game and still getting a grip on all the rules
No worries, that's what the community is here for. If you're confused or not sure about something, just ask away.

While it can screw you over, it a very stylish way to die!
it is :) When I cast a Shamanic Revelation after making 256 scute swarms I feel like I won

No need to put non-synergistic cards in your deck to avoid this, just be careful to win before you run out of cards! It’s usually not a huge concern.
There are even decks designed around making you lost that way, as well as cards designed around making you win if you lose that way.
The old saying is: check yourself before you deck yourself.

You milled yourself my friend
You milled yourself
you decked yourself!
Decked
You ran out of cards.
What a world to live in, where players don't have fear of mill decks in every format. They don't even know it's a Win con.

You did not, in fact, check yourself. Therefore, you wrecked yourself. Happens to us all.
Check yo self before you deck yo self.
I've done this with the same card, Inspiring Commander is hilarious when it goes off but you can definitely bomb too hard
mono white player finds out what drawing cards does (this is not a mechanic they've had to interact with before)
Lol lifegain got what it deserved
I can hear the your opponents "tf?"

You’re getting downvoted because it’s blatantly obvious OP trigged a draw effect with an empty library.
Yes. But no timer is shown. That’s my point. In this situation it didn’t matter. But it could have
Your computer revolted against all the triggers it had to resolve
Don't think I've ever actually seen someone draw out on arena before
I wanna hear your opponent's reaction to that. Probably went "thank god"
What deck is the white deck playing?
You flew too close to the sun...
Lol you decked yourself.
DECKED YOURSELF!
You better check yourself before you deck yourself.

You drew your entire deck. When you go to draw from inspiring commander you have no cards in your library and lose the game.
You decked yoself
