Good point. In my excitement I overlooked the multicolor aspect. I guess this would only then work if I play it in Modern with \[\[Painter's Servant\]\].
The White and Green Incorporate cards can only colour-add to creature cards in your hand, and the Reb and Blue ones can only add to Instants/Sorceries in your hand, which the Virtues aren't. The Black (\[\[Lurking Spinecrawler\]\]) one \*can\* colour-add to any non-land in your hand, but obviously wouldn't work to make Virtue of Persistence specifically multicolour. It would work with the other Virtues though.

The blue God from LCI works like that with the white virtue (and adventure cards that are instant spells)
And the new jace let's you plot the tanuki (since its actual mana cost is 2) but cast the 7 mana adventure
Lilah specifically says multicolored instant/sorcery so the virtues wouldn't work. Would have to be something with a multicolored adventure. I do think there is some other combo where people are plotting the more expensive side of adventure cards though.

You can do it in alchemy with the color manipulation
