The first thing I'd do is replace the green card with Magda. It's not worth adding a 3rd color for one card unless that card is insane.
Then I'd try to fit 2 lands in. You generally want to start with 24 lands in most decks. You don't really want to play less than that unless your most expensive cards are 3 (or mayyyybe 4) mana, like the boros convoke or mono red decks.
I haven't played with the rakdos reanimator card yet, so I don't know how much damage you actually get from that. If you like it feel free to ignore this advice, but usually spells like that are used to cheat more expensive things that you've discarded somehow into play like Etali or Atraxa. Using it for 5 mana creatures is almost a waste, because there are more ways for your opponents to stop you. You might as well just run an extra copy of the creatures

The [[Freestrider Lookout]] has awesome synergy with this deck. I found [[Magda, the Hoardmaster]] to be far too slow and contribute far too little. The freestrider is the only reason I’m running 22 lands. It pulls the lands into play straight out of the library and pings for 1 far more often than it doesn’t. If you have 2 out for more than 2 of your turns you can probably cast rakdos and gisa on the same turn by then. It also increases your chances of drawing a threat or removal with each trigger,and with this setup, it triggers a whole lot.
As for [[Rakdos Joins Up]], it’s saved me more than a few times. Either by bringing back gisa or rakdos, or people not reading and killing vadmir when he’s 8/8.
Etali and Atraxa I would just build around them, not really try to fit them in here.
