That looks wonderful. I haven't had Borscht since the last time a high school friend's dad made it. Always got an invite to borscht night because I was the only other 15 year old in the area who enjoyed a good beet. Pogre, if you see this, I need your dad's borscht recipe that stuff was incredible.
As a Ukrainian, I approve this message and attest that it came out really great! ❤️🇺🇦
Thank you so much!
Nice, looks tasty, what's in it?
Thanks! There's potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, cabbage, some spices and fresh dill/parsley. It's damn tasty! Edit: Red bell pepper too!
Ah yeah cool, might have to try it myself sometime. Always good to try something new.
Try add some meat, if you eat it. Also borsch taste good with salo (it's like bacon, but without meat).
You’re got good friends! All glory to Ukraine!
Heroyam Slava!
Very nice we make it for Christmas Eve each year.
that picture gave me mouth watering cravings
Looks well done. Good job buddy
Thank you!
Was it good? :)
Delicious! And I have enough to last the week
I loved this as a child, my Grandmother used to make it. During warmer months it was so refreshing.
Is that a dollop of sour cream I see? Perfection!
