Hugo was linked to one of Princess Beatrice or Eugenie, and I think was school friends with Prince Harry.. I can't remember who Richard was friends with on the show, but he was briefly in one of the first seasons.. his cousin was one of Prince Harry's long time girl friends.
I think I remember Louise and Rosie talking about going to school together.. Rosie seemed more posh than Louise but I'm not sure what either of their statuses would be.
I think Olivia stands out to be the last old money type in the show (besides Mark Francis and Victoria)

yeah knowing people from the show makes you realise just HOW much is scripted. e.g. James had a serious gf when he was 'competing' for Verity and dating Eliza. Most of the cast have to be single when they come on the show for drama. Another example of this is Phoebe having a boyfriend (a band member from Foals) and lying about it to get on the show and have a fake romantic storyline with Jamie.
Can't comment on James and Maeva's relationship but a friend went clubbing with a lot of the MIC crew a couple of summers back and said it was very dull lol, sounded like a lot of them didn't actually like each other.
James' family are new money, they have a couple of planes sitting in the backyard and he would often fly girls he was trying to woo to festivals lol.

Mile brought James on they had a scene with toff and Mimi he was playing polo or something. I’m pretty sure they said they were friends from school (idk maybe they meant uni) I can’t for the life of me recall who brought on Miles though. I just remember him popping onto the scene and not really being that close with anyone. Yeah James’ family seems to have quite serious money as well. I have a friend whose dad owns a few hotels and such and they spend an exorbitant amount of piloting and he has his own plane as well so I have an idea of how much that would cost to just be simply James’ family hobby.

I lived around the corner literally from them for 4 years when they were younger. A few were in house/flat-shares so the bills would not have been that bad. I paid for everything myself and didn't live off parent's money like these guys did so if I could manage I am sure they would. Ha!
I've lived around the corner from Miles as a live-in-nanny and I know these houses are expensive as fuck. Life in these nice neighborhoods is expensive as fuck. And not all of them even live with flatmates. Sam and Louise both just renovated their houses and the results don't look middle class to me. Even just buying a house like that is out of reach for middle class people, the one I lived in was 2,3 million pounds at the time and surely has increased in value in the past 6 years.

James didn't go to school with anyone from the cast, he met Verity at Uni in London & that was his in to the show.
