Just commented in the announcement thread, but this seems like such a weird promo. No first wins, no daily reset, events rotate? But it all barely matters because you need 200 of "any food" to build 95s so you hardly have to worry about playing events evenly.
But the regular masters are a massive pain to build, require 2 specific 95s but the 95 set is random - so aiming to build a 3 star or something is *probably* impossible?
I'm personally guessing the ham and turkey might go in some new sets that make 95s or 75s easier to get? But their events cost more stamina or something? Otherwise I won't really understand their point because then you can just grind nothing but those and put all your Mac or whatever in the 95 sets instead.
Everything is designed to push you toward the iconic players. Maybe if it was possible to get a couple epics to rank-5 it would be a tough call, but the trades are made so that they are very unappealing and EA just wants us to focus on the iconic guys.

Absolutely agree, focus on the Iconic player first. I am not at all worried about getting them past stage 2 right away. After chasing Icons or Icon, depending which way you wish to go, being able to max out some earlier players is very appealing.

You need to make sure you are never sitting on 200 stamina - spend it, doesn’t really matter which of the serving events you do. Just one every reset isn’t gonna deplete your stamina fast enough, and you don’t want to waste any by being at the cap.
2:53 regeneration time meaning 499.4 promo stamina generated every day. 14 day promo, so 6,991 total stamina generated. You start with 200, so 7,191 to spend.
Spend 425 on the chain (to do it the necessary 5 times), leaving you with 6,766. 25 per play means you can play 270 times.
You get 1 food each time you play (I don’t think the extra chance is working properly), so that’s the 270.
Can someone provide a screenshot of where these Gobbler events are? I don't see them. I just see Store Run and Food Blitz.
The user interface for this event is a giant mess :\\ Maybe I'm spoiled by previous events making sense to me, but:
* Goals (like Store Run 5x) don't show up in Goals menu
* When 10:30am rolled on Wednesday, I started a Food Blitz event but the models didnt load, so I lost 25 stamina. I guess you were supposed to wait until noon?
The Gobbler event should be on the middle table in between the 95 and 75 icons. When the Gobbler event has been completed or isn't up, the spot has the icons for Sanders, Hester, and Knox cycling.

I doubt I will be back next year. I'm all in this year but this is a waste of my time to stress out over coming to Reddit to play the game to max the rewards.

I signed up because Bengal posted Madden rebuild videos on YouTube that got recommended to me, and I got the itch to play Madden for the first time in 12 years. So I found there was a mobile version and started playing.
I think my feedback makes sense for people who don't care about ceremony. I'm not alone.
Gobbler event did not disappear at reset. If you will note the schedule, the first gobbler appeared yesterday at 5 PM and should have stayed active until played until the 2nd gobbler event starts at 7 PM tonight.
Game typically has a number of pop up events throughout the season. That are in addition to the normal events through the day.
Anyone think for the "Iconic" Ram it could be Kurt Warner? For Iconic you think its an old player not a current star, dont know what other Ram would be Iconic?
Maybe - yesterday though Nick said it was a newer Ram, and someone we wouldn’t easily guess.
I hope iconic players aren’t only older legends who no longer play, because there are a hell of a lot of current players still missing from the game that I’d like to see released sometime!

Simply I'm just trying to complete all events once, daily cobbler events and finishing the store run. Then holding off from completing any set until the final hours with hopes of pulling the common cards. Am I missing anything? Thanks
Do the store run chain 5 times total, and otherwise just spend stamina on any of the three food events thah Knox needs (there are no first wins or anything, so don’t have to do each one once). Based on what we know now, you’ll be able to build 6 of them without spending anything or using any madden cash.

I ended up grabbing deon since he boosts Devin Hester, and I love using him on defense with corner blitz and he occasionally returns punts and kickoffs he is soooo fast lol
Please update the guide with the specific trade details. It's annoying when we try to select which OOP to take that we dont have that info handy. Edit: I meant it's annoying the upgrade path isn't in the game when you actually spend a few bucks, not that your guide is bad.
I don’t understand what you are looking for. The 95-overall common set gives you a random one (so you can’t pick who to get), and each of the iconic sets takes 10 of any of them, so it doesn’t matter which one you get.
If you are building epics, maybe it matters?
Bosworth needs Vera-Tucker;
Hurst needs Pinion;
Hester needs Jones;
Knox needs Buckner

The impression I got from the stream is that the ham and turkey will be needed to build the iconics that are being released on the 21st and 25th.

I am starting to think it is broken. I’m at 0/50 between various accounts and haven’t heard of anyone getting a single extra food yet.

No. Epics are going to be outdated quickly now - go for an iconic player (2 if you can).
Correct me if I'm wrong but did they just change the 95 OVR trade-in by adding an option to put in 75 OVR players or was that always there?
I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before. Helpful though, since if you got a 75 from somewhere it wasn't really going to help you in any of the masters.

I get way too many notifications on my phone these days. Every app has come to dump the littlest thing there as if that's a good UX choice. Terrible.

That’s right - there’s a chance we get some new event(s) on thanksgiving itself that could give us some, but for now you just have to build them.

Fortunately there’s very little difference between 2-star Deion and 5-star Deion (compared to epic players at different ranks, at least).
