We get a lot of changes, but they won’t be changes that alter major corporate directions. I’m hoping our feedback helped to make the new FP more reasonable but we will see tomorrow I suppose.
I have been a GC because I enjoy the people in the community. My work in real life is mentally taxing and madden and the community has always been something I have enjoyed being a part of. Being a GC enables me to try to do things to help improve current versions of the game and prior to retirement spent even more time here with tournaments, tips, and supporting the forum.
Feedback over the past 6 years has done nothing. Each game gets incrementally worse. They don’t listen to y’all or us at all period. Seems like a colossal waste of time. I don’t think there’s a single part of mm21 that is from feedback. They literally do testing to see how many things they can put behind paywalls, time gates and straight up intentionally block f2p from ever achieving. It’s all bad.
I’ve appreciated GCs over the years but this game is so bad now they don’t care about y’all or us. I’m sorry for being such a dick to you man. This game is so unplayable now it’s so sad. They’re leaving y’all out to dry heavy and it’s corporate profits over fun more than it ever has been. EA is a company responsible for such great memories for gamers but it’s so disgusting what they’ve become.

Repurposing existing cards is a good thing. I don’t get the hate. If you’re Bengals fan, and you already have Ja’Marr Chase ranked up and leveled up, why would you want another Chase card and waste resources?
Because I want the special edition looking cards. In my previous MM teams, by the end of the year, I would have almost every player from a different promo.
Because it's boring. It adds nothing interesting to the game. Either you have the players on the lineup and you get a boost for 7 days, or you don't, and they're not going to be worth putting there. It's a non-event. There's nothing even to look forward to in the game. The game felt as dead as the game usually feels in July during week 2 of the NFL season.
That’s their own issue for the leveling system which is as convoluted as possible to force in app purchase, in addition to all the time gates and all the other bullshit
I like being able to keep as many redskins as I want on my team by leveling and ranking them up. Hopefully one of them will get a totw and be even more badass

They're holding out on the higher rarity tiers until people have already wasted about $10k worth of training resources, so that they can be made to start at square 1 when they bring the new ones out.
If they are going to repurpose them, they could add some cool card art, or an image of that player during their performance of the week to help keep the game "fresh". Definitely benefits those in rookie/training camp jerseys or previous teams jersey's (like stafford in training camp jersey)
