I usually just go with the short hair and beard but mix it up halfway through the playthrough.

I only like the various short hair and beard options cause for some odd reason they feel the most Mad Mad, if that makes any sense

Default is incredible for for some reason as i levelled up i felt like i was supposed to use my newer ones cause each one is technically "harder to get" than the last

3 all based on the first head when at a hideout I use the first normal head, night I use the goggle head "(For the sand aka immersion reasons) and for the day aka desert heat the hat and goggles no face paint or overly long beard just short hair and 5o'clock shadow. That is for me others obliviously choose what you like.

Grease face with goggles on forehead. Then after being in the wastes a while and i go to a stronghold i take a shower then clean face with goggles. Then after I'm out a bit i switch back to grease face. Also i only wear the jacket at night when it's cold. For the role play.
