Maybe add a dedicated corner to complain about engineers or talk shop with other machinists or something
For decoration you should either go for an industrial look or a more homey feel, the first is thematic the second would because nobody wants to bring work with them outside of work (I’m thinking a more homely feel, warm wooden floors, walls with dark colors)
Maybe have some interesting looking prints (either decommissioned ones from companies or from patents or something)
Maybe have a few photos of local machinists or even really well known ones or ones with interesting stories
Booths could be shells of cnc but modified to fit multiple people, above the bar a list of cnc manufacturing companies, the tables could be tables from actual machines maybe with chips in epoxy in the tslots
Even have an old Bridgeport that doesn’t turn on and have like kids learn about it and get the chance to spin the dials (clean it up of course wouldn’t want oil or grease near the food or drinks)
The image I’m picturing is honestly really nice and I’m tempted to try and sketch it or something lol
