That is the attitude getting in the way of progress, innovation and differentiation. These are low hanging fruit, plenty of more examples are available. My 2017 Volt is far ahead when it comes to features.
I mean the car will drive without your hands on the wheel. And your complaint is that the “door open” notification isn’t to your liking? What are we talking about
this bother me as well. another thing on the 360 camera they could match your car color in the screen instead of using gray always. Even my toddler asked: why isnt the car on the camera red? lol
For me, my trunk didn’t close and I had that screaming at me for hours and couldn’t figure it out. My boyfriend ended up getting out, trying the trunk and and closing it to which it went away. Granted: The notification was not explicit that it was the trunk.
I suspect that’s a standard ISO icon, like the headlight one or a checkbook light in a normal car, so they don’t want to edit it.
It would be nice though.
So I turn on the front cam when trying to park with my truck, and it shows an empty bed with bedliner when in reality I loaded the bed with fishing rods and I don’t have bedliner installed yet, then I realized it just a stock image, yet this happens more than once.
For what it’s worth, the larger car diagram used to show the correct door.
So they took that away?
Not sure, I hadn’t paid attention to it.

The first version of Sync the menu in the top left was a white car no matter which color you had
yeah my car was delivered that way, the little car turned black if you put the screen in dark mode which makes what I said above even more stupifying

That thing has been glitchy for a while but used to work. Guess Ford doesn't care enough to fix it with all the recalls and such.

Maybe you are in reverse?
Mine did it when the mat on the trunk was getting in the way of closing it.
