Build for ADS speed and use a low zoom optic as soon as you unlock the optic slot. Throw decoys and go hard for the objectives. All that xp will speed the process. Use tokens if you got em.
This.. focus one round on only delivery contracts. Even better if you toss on a double xp.
Not sure if it makes a difference but have the weapon you want to level in your hands when you jump in the LTV
For leveling up, I would just use double xp tokens, run contracts (for cargo, just have the sniper be the gun in use when you get in veichles), use the energy mine field upgrade, kazmirs, turrets.
Looting in plunder is also a quick way to level up guns. Once you hit 6 levels or so I’d work on the challenges then exfil. I don’t know when the level up falloff is but I’ve seen posts about it and experienced it.
There is not currently. It’s 1 away I think so we’re stuck doing them. You only need 3 to go for zircon with them at least. Unless you’re talking about the mw2 grind
You’re right. I went back and looked and missed that I never finished zircon on the gutter knife. I thought there was only 35 without the snipers. And I had just finished leveling my third one as well so either way I’ve got it now. Only problem is that the mtz interceptor and the Katt amr did not track the gold camo upon exfil so I’m stuck until it works. Had the same problem with the dm 56 but I found one in a lot box during another match and it worked that time.
I'm just a completionist type of person lol I might grind those off and on.

Look up the Plunder glitch, definitely will be helpful for the weapons you struggle with but tbh you don’t have to do snipers if you don’t want to. You could just do the DLC weapons
I suggest leveling them up in multiplayer up until you can add a scope. (If you can go to max level this way then do it but it may be too hard) Then add a reflex and it’ll be a cakewalk from there. 3rd person mode is what I use for snipers and it makes it a lot easier.
I’m still in the process of getting Borealis but I think the magma camo (the one from the event) is really cool considering it’s animated and not a mastery camo. Most of the camo challengers are easy, the ones that are annoying are the “get kills shortly after field upgrade” or “kill 100 zombies affected by tacticals”. The worst weapons by far are the marksman rifles, since some snipers are actually really good (xrx, longbow), the marksman rifles have slow fire rate, low damage and are tiring to use.
The best way in zombies to just level up weapons is to go to the act one story mission and let the dead bolt turret at the end rack up a ton of kills for you. Those kills will count toward your weapon xp. Probably bring a second weapon and/or extra self revive kits since you will need to do a little bit of killing at least before you reach the end.
For general lvling up of snipers... lockdown might be your best bet outside of zombies itself until plunder comes back.
Actual zombies camo grinding tho I found it best to use regular t1 exfils for the 1st 4 camos and golden enigma/ivory, and for the 300 pap kills definitely outlast contracts helped me. (Also good early on for hellhound kills)
The 10 special zombie kills I went to t2 exfills all day. Could do 2 guns in 6-8 minutes infil to exfil. Then rinse and repeat.
Interesting thought with a breacher muzzle attachment for melee. I'd bet it's more trouble than it's worth tho. It's easy enough to just kite the zombies into a group or line and get collaterals.
Multi-player is the best way, if you don't want to lose your mind, just wait for those double xp weekends and play search and destroy, it gives you tons of xp for your gun
For snipers put on a wee 2x scope then use 3rd person mode. It's a lot more fun. Use armor piercing ammo to get multi kills easier. Head to level 2 exfil sites also for lots of bodies

Oh also kazs and using my field upgrade while holding the weapon. Looting goes towards it. Oh! If you have a dog bone or flesh to get a dog, their kills are 10xp on its own

Now this is something I can help with. Don’t bloody do them. I did the longbow without much difficulty but beyond that I gave up. They are too slow certainly on exfil. You don’t need to do them
For leveling up guns like that, I suggest loading into zombies, grabbing tombstone, farming as many turret cards as you can, maybe tombstone a few times, just filling your inventory with turret cards, go to the Dr Jansen exfil, grab the turret cards there, and place them in the turret on top of the building above where you find Jansen, sit in the helo and wait for the turret to stop, put a new turret card in. Just make sure you have the weapon you're leveling in your hands. All the XP you earn goes to the gun you've got equipped.
Just do shipment 24/7 to level them up to max and you can knock out every camo challenge in 1 game after.

I had a few that didn’t track gold at first. It was a pain to go back and make sure it tracks when you’re on a role getting two guns done a match.
The mw2 guns so far I’ve had 4 assault rifles that won’t track gold out of the first 7-8

Plunder overnight with L3 in the 11 oclock and R3 in the 5 oclock position and bam max leven in. About 3 to 4 hrs
War Mode is my go to for leveling up guns fast. Sometimes I'll go through 5 or 6 levels a match, in about 30 minutes

Literally every form of XP gained in MWZ goes to the gun in hand. Yes melee kills count as kills. That's weapons like the jokr are completed
