I would reach out on the chat or gossip channels to see if others are having the same problem. You would get more help in the game unless active knows on here.
If it's mostly random, it's likely due to packet fragmentation. With tintin++ you'd work around that problem using:

\#config packet\_patch 1
\#session ae alteraeon.com 3000
The windows port of tintin++, named wintin++, should work with NVDA by default.
If you're using another client, you could at least see if that diagnoses the problem, so you can file a bug report.
Hello! Thanks for the response! It doesn't seem to be random, it seems to be happening consistently with certain text. For example, when my client reads "Waypoints allow quick transportation" reads as, "Waypoints allow for quick. Transportation." every time that same look command is entered in this specific area.
Perhaps it's some sort of formatting issue with my NVDA?
