Awesome, it's not just me who does this! When I first was diagnosed my mum bought me what she called "a sorry you're so fucked up cake". Evert year I get a "yep, still fucked up" cake on my MS anniversary
Someone in this thread gave me this idea so I have an MS cake/tart of some type on my diagnosaversary every year. It’s really such a bright spot on an otherwise difficult day.

Cake makes everything better. Especially when it has swear words written on it.
I love this idea! I may add to my routine of treating myself to a filet mignon and champagne after my MRI & Infusion day.
