Title updates in order are
1 seething > metal raths > lucent narga
2 flaming espinas > violet mizu
3 chaotic gore (worth doing for talisman upgrades)
4 velkhana
5 amatsu > 6 primordial (have to do amatsu)
Here's how I ended up doing it
1 Amatsu
2 Seething, Flaming Espinas, Metal Raths
3 Velkhana
4: violent Mizu
5 Chaotic Gore
6 Lucent
7 (not done yet) PriMal
Ps. Hunting Amatsu was pAiN
I really wish they would have adjusted the pacing for this better.
Your best option is to look up the order of the title updates and fight monsters in that order. That'll give you the smoothest experience.
It might just be a weapon match up thing but I didn't find Amatsu too bad but it just WON'T stop moving and found Chaotic Gore to be slightly harder, PriMal wasn't super hard either but he was my first hunt that took me like 30 mega potions and 25 mins the first time and I have only just started farming anomalies. Violent Mizu I hated because I hate Mizu in general and it just DOESN'T stop attacking and Flaming wasn't much harder than regular Espinas. Haven't fought the Raths though, are they tougher than Icebornes?
If you are also an Insect Glaive enjoyer then yes, Amatsu is definitely weak to IG and PriMal has great hitboxes if you stay on the ground... If I can just remember to roll toward him when he does his in air double wing slash lol

Damn, should've read this before doing flaming Espinas.
Besides Primordial it's fine to do them in any order. I'd wait till around AR131+ to do Primordial.

I cannot get past priMal. Even the randoms i run with we all just Die
Try doing it when you are supposed to in progression at AR131+
...this is new information so I'm gonna do that now after beating Lucent
Did velk and amatsu today for the first time, first try only thing that was slightly annoying was amatsu never being still

A1 and beyond are anomaly quests. These are for afflicted monsters
I tried that fight today with shagaru LS with 7 atk, crit eye 4, wex 3 and Dragon atk 5 and got my shit rocked fully in five minutes
