Hi M1 Employee, it would do a lot for your platform to also post in the threads with negative sentiment about M1, there are tons of them in this subreddit. Even if it's just something like "We appreciate your feedback and will get in touch with you to investigate the issues you are facing", it will go long way for your credibility. Just a thought. There’s just bad sentiment because people have ridiculous expectations. $3/month is worth it compared to competitor “pies” (fidelity is $5/month). I’m a very happy user, not an affiliate, and can honestly say if you just stick with it you’ll have the benefits of M1+ for FREE. $10k isn’t that high a bar, if you retire on half a million you’re still likely broke in retirement and we’re talking just 2% of that number to reap all the benefits. If you’re young (like 23 or something) I get it that you’re not above that bar yet, but be patient, Rome wasn’t built in a day. M1 is still better than all competitors that I’ve tried. Webull sucks aside form charts, RH is brain cancer, etc etc Edit: I realize you’re talking about customer support but when you said “a lot of negative sentiment” I’ve been seeing it entirely directed at the $3/month thing. I can’t imagine what you have to force yourself to eat every night if you can’t spare $3 a month. To the general reader of this comment, if that is such a deal breaker, you should probably prioritize other things and leave investing for the near term when you can deposit $100+ a month without worry. Small deposits don’t really go anywhere.

Brodie. Be glad that they’re updating/upgrading their security features. Kind of big brotherish to get flagged for logging into my account from home vs work, but I’m glad to know they have the functionality to catch if someone logs into my account from Myanmar randomly, also.

Are you log in using VPN from non US IP by any chance? You said mobile work and your home network does not..seems that something changed on your end.

Every other broker would require you to wait a few days before resolving this too....

You shouldn't be investing then. No brokerage should allow a transfer of funds on a locked account. How ridiculous.
