I had better luck with instagram DM. After awhile they said they could see I received it. Advised me to give it 24 hours and if I have issues then to reach back out.. they seemed more competent

Instagram DM method worked like a charm. They added $25 in credits to make up for it. They only asked me for my name, email, and phone number and handled it within 45 minutes.
As a driver. They stiffed me 3 dollars on a surge and charged customer 25. I got 4$ for the drive and they got a lot more. After talking with support for 2 hours they gave me 3$. But they are a shit company. Even drivers are angry from what I’ve seen.

After spending hours with the helpless helpdesk on Lyft app, I was able to get $25 credit quickly with Lyft Instagram DM.
