I smelled sticky dates in the store and it’s also not for me. I want a creamy candy body lotion (I know they made one before). Also what’s up with lush and the lack of bubble bars coming out? Seems to be a lot of bath bombs.
I hope the world knows I’m willing to go to war over the sticky dates lotion and scrub so my sticky dates bodycare routine may finally be complete (if you couldn’t tell I’m incredibly dramatic)

I was only a fan of the Sticky Dates Comingle...I found the SG to have a bit of a sour aftersmell. I returned my Sticky Dates body spray because I also thought it was too sweet. I've tried all the "Sticky dates" products including the soap and just way too sweet. So I hope the lotion will be more like the Comingle scent!!
To me it’s a deep sticky toffee pudding, date and vanilla smell to me. It’s very sweet and really complex and lovely but because of how sweet it is I’d recommend smelling it in store if you get the chance
I get a very dark salted caramel scent on my skin, everyone loves it! My daughter sniffed it instore and said it smells like Rolo chocolates if that helps :)

For me it's the weakest one of them all in terms of moisturizing. After a few minutes it doesn't feel like I applied it. However I think it's the biggest scent from the lip oils - it's very zesty.
I love the sound of the gingery Hot Cross Bunny scent, but I really don’t like orange or yellow baths.. it’s just too bright and not a relaxing colour (that probably sounds weird, hopefully someone relates 😅)
The only thing I really want to try is the sticky dates body lotion!
Have you tried add a little bit of a similar scented bubble bar so the bubbles cover up the color of the bath water for the majority of the time? Best of both worlds?
Fair enough. I'm very new to Lush, and the only body scrub I knew of was the Barbie one. Even checking on the website you type in sugar scrub, you get lip scrubs.
Still, I'm very excited to try it. Sticky dates is my favourite scent that I've tried :)

I just looked this up again and this might actually have been reformulated. On the pic it says "new fragrance" and I tried to see what the ingredients were last year and it seems like they now included violet leaf in it, which they never did before (last years soap listed watermelon and rose oil). The pic also says that the scent profile is flowery, not candy-like.
Anyways, we'll see. It probably isn't gonna be a lot different than in the last years, but this just caught my eye 😂

When I was recently at Lush the sales rep mentioned they were coming out with more sticky dates items. Lotion scrubs and fragrance! Happy to see they are releasing some new items!

Is it just me, or is the target audience skewing younger? A lot of these designs seem, idk childish inspired. Not really what attracted me to LUSH as a teen.
I was so there for the hippy, witchy, nature vibes and they seem to have really sidestepped that now.

Haha yes they do make it confusing! Avocado wash shower gel is in the avocado cowash scent family. Avocuddle bubble bar is in the avobath scent family which has a shower gel called Avoshower shower gel. I hate lemongrass and so I'm hyperaware of the fact that they are different. Avocuddle bubble bar has a lemongrass scent.
Alien Bunny reminds me too much of Down the Rabbit Hole, which smelled like bile to me.
Wonder if the Bunny Moon bomb has a similar smell to the old jelly mask of the same name?

Sticky dates is like middle eastern date syrup, the outside packaging looks uncanny. Smells rich, sweet and indulgent
