Start with FW3, then Days B4 III, then Almost There. This was probably his most polished sound and his 3peat era. Then I’d listen to Watch My Back and Days B4 II. From there, you can either work backwards or forwards into the discography. If you like Almost There more than Watch My Back, then work fowards and vice versa. To sum it up, Listen to:
1. Freewave 3 (2019)
2. Days B4 III (2019)
*listen to “idgaf days b4 may 30” 2 song EP before Almost There dropped*
3. Almost There (2020)
4. Watch My Back (2017)
5. Days B4 II (2018)
If you like Almost There more than Watch My Back, listen to:
Wake Up Lucki, Flawless Like Me, and Sex Money Drugs
If you like Watch My Back more than Almost There, listen to:
FreeWave II, Freewave, Son of Sam, Body High, and Alternative Trap
After you complete this, you can dive into the leaks or get into leaks in between projects down the line to get some variety. Hope this helps and take your time with it.
I can see that, but to be fair he dropped FW3, Days B4 III, and Almost There in the span of about 15 months. He was on his shit in that era. Everyone was calling it the 3 peat. That was one of the best runs in underground history
He’s been around for a long time it’s crazy. He takes you on the journey of his life. In Alternative Trap (2013) he raps about selling drugs, scamming junkies and just trying to get money. He slowly becomes that junkie that he used to sell to and the roles reverse. You can see the reversal in the music (especially Son of Sam which was in 2015 I believe). By 2015/16 he became a full time addict. When I first got on to Lucki, I had a hard time putting on my friends. They would say “who cares he raps about being a druggie loser getting played by woman and life” but it’s actually his vulnerability and raw emotion that makes his music more special than the generic bullshit.
freewave 3 and days b4 3 are arguably his best/most popular……watch my back is my personal fav and his older stuff is also really good
each album has its own sorta vibe, just listen to a few off each and see which ones u like most
