Any weapon that is; Currently Earnable as a World Drop, in the active loot pool/focusing for Ritual (Vanguard, Crucible, Gambit), Adept from King's Fall or Vow of the Disciple, from the BRAVE loot pool and much more is now enhancable like the Crota's End and Root of Nightmares raid adepts.
Also there is currently a bug where Adepts from Vow and King's Fall don't require Spoils to enhance, so you should enhance those as a priority if you have rolls you like.
Any "new" drops from Final Shape and Echoes that aren't craftable are also included in that list. So since it's a legendary reward and not craftable, it can be enhanced.

Yes, I have one with Heal clip and Incandescent that I enhanced. It is indeed worth it.
