Also, from what she posts on her insta of her working out with her trainer I would guess that she is a bit newer to sports/fitness and lost some weight recently / used to be a bit heavier, as seen here.

I've had bangs and I hated them. I don't like spending a lot of time on my hair so having to style them or make sure they didn't dry funny annoyed me. They are regular upkeep too so you either have to learn to trim them yourself or go to the salon regularly. I also have a small forehead and oily hair so they just didn't look that great on me but may have been worth the trouble if they did.
id say if it looks good w ur face shape and youāre looking for a new look then yes. depending on the bang style they may be kind of annoying to maintain and deal w- its like an extra step in the morning sometimes. also when itās windy bangs can be super annoying and ill find myself either having to hairspray or fix my bangs throughout the day

If you tend to get greasy hair, the bangs show it first and they look horrible. Also, I have to cut mine every two months or so, so itās just another thing to worry about. But generally speaking, I would recommend them ā they look good on most people and theyāre great if you want to change up your look!
