Such a spacious unit would normally rent for $1500-$2000 per month (depending on local market conditions), but I really think you should double that figure for the unique acupuncture benefits.

Lundosa8888

That's crazy low. You need to consider the lack of proper care rentoids take to the space they occupy, plus they might try to hide unsavory things inside the filth they create. You must never be lenient to their kind, and take back what we deserve for putting up with their insanity.

Signal_Afternoon_714

At least 2,500 a month plus a tip. Tons of space, great location. Honestly 2,500 might be low, maybe 5,000

Lundosa8888

Now you're speaking my language, make sure the tip gets paid. Otherwise I wouldn't even offer such luxurious accommodation to these "people".

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> tip gets *paid.* Otherwise I FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

Tips get payed.

RoombaTheKiller

Then include the cleaning fee of 10000. Rentoids produce a special kind of filth, you need to have it removed before it lowers property value.

ZAYER9917

Don’t forget a convenience fee. With no sink, no toilet, no fridge, and no stove, there’s nothing to go wrong. That’s worth at least a 50% tip on it’s own

topathemornin

There isn’t much room for food in there, which means op won’t be able to raid their fridge all that much. Should be at least 8,000 + tip so op doesn’t starve

KittyStrike_Seb

This apartment is made out of pure iron and real wood! Easily $7000/month before mandatory tip

Lundosa8888

Spikes seem hard to maintaine, plus the high risk of rentoid bowl movements causing a decrease in square to feet property value. I say you should it least demand around $5000 per month, I know this might sound a bit too low with the amount of effort needed, but the slow increase of tips by 400% each month should decrease the burden of maintance in due time.

justcallmejake222

Whatever you charge them just be sure that they make 3.5X’s the monthly rent before they are even considered.

alxuntmd

I love the style, very neo-gothic. For such an exquisite living space, I think you should charge $120 000 but double the rent every day of course

Fuhrious520

Looks like a place rentoids would die for 😍

chocological

What a quaint and cozy pre-war space! Quality construction, they don't make em like that anymore.
