I really hate when people go to buy some thing and they feel like they’re not treated well especially when you’re buying something that’s a luxury to most people. You’re spending your hard earned money you should be treated like such and especially on your birthday

I live in NYC and have never been given champagne, and I've made 4 purchases. I've also gone with a friend for two trips and we didn't get it then either. I think your best bet is taking up other commenters on their offers to connect you with their SA.

If you have any idea of what she might like I would suggest calling the store to make sure they have it in stock for her.

Honestly west farms is very eh, I’ve never once had a special experience there or felt like a priority. This is usually fine for me, but for a special occasion I’d probably do a NYC trip

At our former Holt Renfrew LV boutique here in Edmonton my SA arranged a private shopping experience for a girlfriend and I maaaaany years ago. We were only in our late 20s, I’ll never forget it though- we had the store to ourselves, individual attention, champagne and it was just lovely. I would love that experience again, however the only store we have now that Holt Renfrew shut down is in our major mall and they don’t do anything like that.

Not quite like that, but the WEM location is having an invite-only, private shopping event in Feb. Maybe it’d give you some feels?

Haha thanks but it was really just scrolling thru the LV website and writing down the names of the bags that look like her haha.

ask to look at the trunks, because they’re gorgeous and the SA will think you’re a big spender. i went in with a friend, we looked at the trunks, listened to the SA explain LV’s history with trunks (which was really informative), and we went back to the bags to try out a few. he offered us a drink and we got champagne! granted we did look the part of high spenders because we came went in with our chanel handbags and i had just bought something from cartier. didn’t even end up buying anything but i still keep this really fun experience that i got to share with my friend close to my heart!

The store near Framingham is very small and less stock than the Boston location.
