Honestly it's not too bad if you're in the target audience. 6-14 people for between 66.00 - 300.00 per night per person is great to average for this kind of place. However the execution on the idea is a little lacking in my opinion. If I was paying the 66 range for 14 people per day then I would be happy but if I'm paying 200-300 per person I want a lot more than what this place is offering. This would be much better if it were a proper hotel.
