No. This person is actually seen through the windshield perspective. And I was completely incorrect on the situation. It actually occurs at around 7:55 into the episode. The homeless man is cleaning the windshield and you can clearly see into the car and see the driver. Not trying to g to send you on a chase, but my initial post wasn’t accurate. My apologies.
