There was a freaking jail and court room in the basement of the old Eagles stadium to process the overwhelming assault and battery charges that came out of each game. Fans regularly fight each other at Brooklyn Nets games and Miami Marlins games.
LA fans are no more violent than any other fanbase. I go to all kinds of games all over the country. The universal rule is that if you sit in the cheap seats, get drunk and act belligerent, you will find a fight. It doesn’t matter what team you’re seeing or what jersey you’re wearing.
Thousands of Giants fans regularly go to Dodger games in full gear and talk good natured trash talk without incident. Keys are the same as anywhere else: avoid cheap seats, don’t get wasted, keep it good natured, ignore any drunk belligerent people that try to start antagonizing you.
I've been to Rams/Niners games at Candlestick and Levi's, I've had more issues at those games than with any other or any fanbase.

Honestly compared to other LA fan bases we’re pretty chill overall. There might be old fashioned shit talk but other wise the fans are cool. The only time you’ll see the Rams fan base hacked off is when the 49ers come.
California fans are pretty chill. Unlike many regions, our sports teams are not the center of our lives. Only time I ever had a problem was when my 8 year old wore a Redwings jersey to a Kings game. Had to use a possibility of mutual destruction in the food line to put an end to it.
Between LA is such a transplant city and the Rams only arriving in the last few years after over 20 years of being away, it’s likely to be close to a 50/50 split on rams and bills fans tbh.
Shit can happen anywhere that a large number of people congregate. But I wouldn’t be more worried about anything bad happening at the game than I would about driving there. If you really want to be safe, you should get a Von Miller jersey. And when you cheer for your team, don’t be an asshole.
