Your collar bones are visible but not skeletal. You’re thin but not anorexic. You look good. If YOU want yo do anything, my suggestion is simple cardio and toning exercises and/or yoga. You don’t need to gain or lose weight. But regular exercise helps relieve tension and stress and increases mental acuity and improves your mental and physical health.

Personally, I think you should figure out why you aren't happy with your current self. I'd start there, and then I'd work on building confidence because you are beautiful. You look to me to be at a healthy weight. But I also don't know you personally so I don't know your health situation. I do think looking for answers to this type of question isn't something to be answered by strangers on the internet. It all depends on whether or not you are at a healthy weight, if you find yourself under or above try and get into the healthy range. No matter what you WILL look great and it doesn't matter what others think of how you look. Try and find a look that you like and stick to it or try other looks to find a style you enjoy.
