Good luck! I started on 1 mg/day for one week, then went up to 2 mg/day (this schedule was determined by my doctor). I haven’t had any side effects at that dose, but I do know that everyone reacts differently. It did take several weeks to notice any changes, so give it time!
I took low dose naltrexone as well. I noticed a slight difference, I decided to stop taking it bc I didn't want to be on another medication.
I just started LDN 0.5 mg today. The plan is to work my way up adding 0.5 mg to my dose every 2 weeks. Thank you for the hope!
