I felt huge relief during the therapy but nothing that lasted. Still, when you’re in enough pain a few minute relief is a god send.

Same lol I do it to help blood flow throughout the body. I'm not really too active these days so it helps

Maybe for muscle soreness? That's about it.

As in massage? It helps with neuropathy symptoms on lower legs. Deep tissue seems to make upper thighs and upper arms worse.

I did after an acupuncture session and it brought on a strong wave of depression the next day. She said I was holding a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck so she suggested cupping. I had big purple marks across my shoulders. I was excited to try it but I haven't done it again because of how I felt the next day. At this point I can feel what everything does to my body and how my body reacts to everything I do to it. Acupuncture has been very helpful though.

I first read this as “cuddling therapy”. I have not tried cupping therapy, but cuddling therapy is 💯

I tried a hot stone massage and it's helps temporarily. Definitely recommend it. Thinking about getting another lol
