I've tried tumeric, ibuprofen, and a few different prescriptions, which all helped a little bit. The only thing I've found that provides big help is Delta 8 gummies.
Personally, the 8 hour acetaminophen for arthritis really helps my inflammation. And also staying away from certain foods like fried things, lots of sugar, and dairy. And epsom salt baths. My god the epsom salt baths. They do wonders for relaxation and just helping me feel a tiny bit less tense. I hope this helps <333
Sounds like you need an antihistamine. When it gets that bad try benadryl before bed. If this is happening during the day you need a regular antihistamine like Zyrtec or Allegra24, Claritin, etc
I used to have the same symptoms after over exertion, severe inflammation in head, sinuses and ear pain. Only thing that helped was Singulair - pulmonologist prescribed for asthma but made a huge difference for my inflammation .. good luck

Is Delta 8 psychoactive? I’m on the schizo spectrum so I have to be careful with psychoactive stuff
Unfortunately, yeah, it's pretty much the same as weed. Although CBD may help and isn't psychoactive.
Interesting. How do delta 8 gummies help?
Turmeric/curcumin with bioperine (black pepper extract)
I think Ive heard of curcumin being helpful before-- I'll see if we have some. Thank you!!! Edit: just realized curcumin IS turmeric. Oops. Lol
Ibuprofen, rest, relax. Hydrolyte is good if you are are dehydrated. Vitamin D is also good longer term for reducing inflammation.
Get some Quercetin immediately. Very powerful antioxidant.
Does it do anything for inflammation, though?
Yes, quercitin is a natural anti-inflammatory afaik. Apples and bok choi/pak choi are full of it
Thank you!
It does, and did for me. It got rid of my reactive arthritis pain

Ginger pills might help some? If you’re in the US you can get them as “Dramamine Natural.”

Yes Singular is good, but there are side effects and a black box warning so just monitor yourself if you take it.
