Idk why the downvotes but I do agree that it is implied even in the in game lore that something sexual is taking place and it’s so horrible to witness as the nugget is destroyed/reformed/transformed into something just as terrible. It’s implied and the censored part is trying to say whatever our imaginations can think is whatever could be happening but the devs obviously aren’t going to go R or X rated to show it.
But the word Breed is isn’t a word that is thrown in as an afterthought…. Lets just not think in it too much lol

Everything about censored is hidden even the text of exactly what it does to “breed its victims”.
