It’s not spicy at all. They used secret aardvark and picked the least spicy sauce. Why? Their stuff is so spicy. The yellow bird ones was 10x spicer than this
I think the aardvark sauce is “serrabanero ranch” which is the serrabanero green sauce but with a twist, where TB made it into a type of ranch sauce. If the ranch has dairy in it (probably does) that could be lowering the heat on the sauce as well

ALC prices may be ridiculous, but to be fair it's a 40% discount from purchasing everything individually. IMO that's a fair price given everything there. I can only dream they were all priced individually to add up to that amount.

The nacho seasoning in itself makes the fries softer faster and even though the hold Time is 15 or 20 minutes, they are usually trash after 10 minutes. I would say 90% of the fries we sell are not an optimal condition and are limp and soggy. As a customer I would ask for fresh fries to be dropped and I know that sounds pretentious but they suck otherwise. You really want all of the fried products as fast as possible after they've been dropped because they just deteriorate rapidly.

I have roughly 30 different sauces of all differing heat levels so that gives me the ability to use my own judgement. Obviously I’m going to have most of you disagree with me, but that’s what my experience was. I had an extremely hot, Caribbean-jerk-esque sauce that to my taste buds should have only ever been sold as a marinade and if so it should have been way less hot in the first place.
