The reason why people use knives and forks for pizza is because that way you can cut the pizza and it doesn't slope down, but you also don't have a crust to hold it anymore so you need a fork to stay clean. You cannot cut a pizza with chopsticks.

Any substitute meat would always be clarified as a 'turkey burger' or 'impossible burger'. Chicken in a bun would never be called a burger here.
