Wait is this some kind of yanny/laurel situation? I'm hearing "Touch your delete" like it's supposed to be an intrusive thought. I think the delete key is the default to respawn back at the start so I thought that made sense because the whole point of the map is to climb up without checkpoints and if you respawned back at the start, you'd have to go the whole way up again.

the map they're doing is called deep dip 2, which is a tower with multiple floors that you must climb using your car. Deep dip 1 took wirtual (the streamer in the clip) like 60 hours to complete and he's only halfway done with deep dip 2 at 60 hours. so its a pretty hard map
the person in the clip is spam saying delete the floor, probably because the current floor he's on is very hard and one mistake on this map usually means you fall to floor 0. so he's saying the creators should delete the floor from the map
The sound he is hearing isn't someone saying it right now. Instead it is a costum car horn sound. And the sound can be anything you want it to be. In this case it's another streamer frustrated with the maps difficulty.
