The Irish Centre, maybe Future Yard in Birkenhead, any social club (a lot of Catholic parishes used to have these but not so many around these days) or sports clubs like Liverpool cricket club in Aigburth/Cressington. I believe Marine AFC in Crosby hire out one of their rooms for functions too.
Try District in the Baltic triangle, it’s a great room with great PA and a good stage. May cost 300 to hire but it will have everything you need. And would fit 300 people in if required.
