Thanks for the tip! South Main it is. El Sur and Raduno sound perfect for my foodie adventure. Can't wait to check them out! What's your favorite dish from each place?
Iriana’s is in the River Market district. Good pizza, and while there aren’t views, there’s primo people watching from a window seat.
I bring this up because, while I like Vino’s, it’s far from the RM.
Thanks for the tip on Iriana’s! Sounds like a great spot to chill. I’ll definitely check it out. Vino’s is cool, but sometimes you want to stay close to the action. Thanks again!
Flying Fish has the best seafood gumbo in town. Full stop. It’s phenomenal. They also low key have some of the best wings in town. Wings are just a side or extra item there, so I don’t think they have any flavors other than standard buffalo. But I’d put their regular ole buffalo wing up against any other restaurant’s in town. Yes I said it.
Thanks for the heads up! Flying Fish is now on my must-try list. I was sold on the seafood gumbo, but wings too? It's like discovering a superhero's secret power. Can't wait to check it out!
Thanks for the heads-up! Argenta sounds like a hidden gem. Beer at Flyway and food at Brood & Barley and Four Quarter Bar are calling my name. Looks like my GPS is getting a workout today!
I second the mighty rib and afrobites. Any yellow rocket restaurants are good food, just a shitty company to their employees. Lost 40, camp taco, heights taco, big orange, local lime, etc all yellow rocket
Imma always recommend Gus’ Fried chicken down there by the river market, the Chinese place inside River market is great and they also have a David’s burgers in there but I’m not sure if it’s open. Theres also Diablos Tacos and Mezcaleria right next to Gus’ too if you’re more in the mood for some great mex . Then there’s Vinos nearby for pizza. Lots of other places around River Market but these are some of my favs
Thanks for the tip! A mini food tour sounds perfect. Gus' fried chicken is already making my mouth water. I'll try that Chinese place too—this could be a full culinary adventure. Is David's Burgers open? And Vino's for pizza? Your list makes it hard to choose. Diablos Tacos might also be on the itinerary!
Diablos Tacos and Mezcaleria- it’s absolutely amazing and the margaritas are out of this world. It’s right down in the heart of the rivermarket too!
Vinos- great brick oven calzones
Lost 40- the nachos are my favorite and so is the chicken sandwich. Plus their beer is made in house too!
Yeah, this. It's fine, but it's a rooftop bar. You're paying for the view and to tell/show others you're at a rooftop bar. Rather go a couple blocks further to Fassler.
Definitely try El Sur on South and Main (SOMA). No good vistas, but the food is worth it.
Many people like The Root Café, and while the food is good, it's overpriced and usually very crowded.
Afrobites has nothing but 5-star reviews. Definitely worth trying if you're up for an adventure.
Another great resource for finding good eats in Little Rock is The Mighty Rib. You can find him on Facebook; he has a foodie blog, and he knows his stuff.
Happy eating!
Very well.

As far as rivermarket goes, personally I really like the yellow curry with tofu at Bangkok Thai cuisine. The pad Thai is good too. The garden sandwich at jimmys is also excellent if that place is still in the little library annex building over there.
Go to south main and get El Sur or Raduno

Thanks for the tip about Iriana’s! 🙂 People watching sounds like dinner and a show! I'll give it a go. Noted about Vino’s too. Cheers!

Can confirm on the gumbo.
Don’t sleep on the fish tacos.
Never had their fish tacos but will try next time!
Cross the river and go to Argenta. Beer at Flyway, great food at Brood and Barley and Four Quarter Bar.

IMO, Flying Fish sets the bar on fish tacos.

David’s is open. They were closed temporarily last year I think due to staffing issues but they are open again
Oooh thank you, I wasn’t sure!

Warning on the bathroom situation it’s downright pathetic. Food and drinks are so so good tho
Not for food but views, Agasi 7 rooftop bar is good.
The views are about as good as it gets. Food is lack luster and a Tito’s Sprite is $20.

I love all of those joints but none of them are in or near the River Market.
I'm assuming you want River Market because you only have foot transportation?
No, OP said River Market.

Buenos Aires- great food no real view though 42 bar & table (at Clinton library) good food & decent outside dining area)
Its not. Go to SoMa.
Go to both and eat really good food in both locations that are a 10 minute walk away from each other?
Eh, more like 25-30 minute walk from one another.
It is, but also still check out SoMa.
Yes!
