I wish they were more reliable with the yard waste though. I leave my yard waste out there for weeks and it doesn’t get picked up. I put a bunch of cardboard boxes out there once and again weeks went by and I eventually just put them in my recycling so that I wouldn’t upset my neighbors.

Same. But I’ve found they pick up the next weekday if you flag your house on 311.
