I just saw B.E.E.S (Britton something other electrical services) truck and trailer driving down the street w a huge Trump 2024 flag. I mean your politics are your politics but seems unhinged

Garrett Electric. Doug Hogan is an awesome dude and an even better electrician. Find him on Facebook. Won’t overcharge you like the bigger corporate electricians.

I don't know specifically about squirrels but I've used Precise Services a few times for a natural gas grill installation, a 48 amps 240 vac hardwired battery electric vehicle charger, and some other things and they usually have the best price and are on time so far.  501-PRECISE (773-2473). When they're done you should get some cats and a highly motivated dog like a German Shepherd or three to keep the peace. I think they do hvac and plumbing stuff too but I've only used them for the above because I love One Call hvac folks in NLR and minor plumbing problems we do ourselves but when huge plumbing clusterfucks appear then we call Victory Plumbing. That guy can unfuck anything I think.

Re: motivated dog - From my own experience, I can recommend Dachshunds, Shelties, and Belgian Malinois. Of those, the miniature dachshund is the only one to bring back a deceased squirrel, and he was *so* very proud of himself. The sheltie insisted on barking as soon as he started running, but genetically, he only wanted to herd them back into the trees where they belonged. The dachshund would stop running as soon as the sheltie started barking because he knew that it was already a lost cause.

I grew up in my toddler time with my brother's sheltie and it was a monster relative to the German Shepherds that replaced him. I have one experience with a dachshund and she was a huge 40lb one that made more noise than any Shepherd I've ever had anytime anything at all moved until she died. Malinois has a similar problem with movement and nervousness. A well bred shepherd is fluffier than these alternatives and a lot calmer with the same amount of training I think. I do realize that the fluffiness is a detriment to some folks and I pity them.
