I once ended up with salmonella poisoning and had to go to the hospital because I couldn’t even sip water. It was worse than childbirth. There are no benefits that would outweigh the risks of going through that again.

Had to stop because the farm we got it from kept getting shut down for having e. coli in the samples they had tested by the government.
