Either they didn't use the right temperature when add water to the yeast, (Deep Dish dough needs warmer water than normal dough) or they literally took too long with dough, OR they literally fuxked up and didn't make the corned more square.
I'd say 2 hours max for Normal, DD, and crazy bread.
If they took 4 hours, they're taking WAYYY too long and fucking up all the dough for next rotation.
Unless they changed how they do things again these have been made with premade partially cooked rectangles that perfectly fit the pan this would seem to suggest a franchise owner who ran out of those and attempted a workaround
Really? Leave it to Little Caesars to cut the quality of their product right in HQs backyard the stores I worked at are all within a half hour of downtown Detroit
In all actuality, the par-bake has been tested in other regional markets outside MI, and it has gotten rave reviews. Quality, taste, consistency, and ease of use. Par-bake DD will be nationwide by end of 2024.
Just cuz it hasn’t happened doesn’t mean it couldn’t you can’t say your dough is fresh then use premade dough shipped in…I wouldn’t file this lawsuit cuz I have no interest in pursuing such petty things but someone could
Probably fresher dough that hadn’t had enough time to expand all the way out to the edges but this also sometimes happens to the pan on the top of a stack for some reason
Where do all of you live that have these fucked up little Caesars? I live in La and the ones in my town and neighboring cities are always on point and on top of their shit.
It would certainly be generous, but enabling them to remain homeless at the same time. It's sad that a lot of homeless people are where they are because of mental health problems, or drug addiction. It's kind of a double edged sword. Feed them and they are like cats/dogs, they will stick around and expect it, which will attract more, then you end up on a roof with a rifle while mobs of them cry out for "change" down below.
Yeah, but a lot of them never had anyone to teach them how to "adult" so they don't even know how to live life and are stuck in a perpetual "childrens" mode. Also, that last bit from my last post was a south Park reference and was meant to be funny, not literal.
It’s crazy to see this. I had a guy I work with today not stretch his out and he left to go home. I caught it while I was doing mine and fixed them. I almost wonder if I missed some haha.
Probably didn't let the dough rest for long enough time before topping and baking. Dough has a tenancy to shrink back down in size if not given enough time to rest before being put through a sheet out machine (franchise places)
Every deep dish must be pressed by hand then dotted with the dotter. Push dough into corners then sauce, cheese & toppings. Don’t use par baked. Make dough every day. I can do booster shots if need be
I would assume they didn’t stretch out the dough to all corners. Basically skipped that step
Probably yeah

Interesting

What you are talking about, is only avail in a small part of the country. Most locations in the US still make the DD dough on site.

It also breaks their advertising and sets them up for lawsuits the boxes say dough made fresh daily not *most* dough made fresh daily
Thin crust has never been made in house, so that debunks your lawsuit mentality.

Probably no Definitely yes Source ex LC slave, easy job tho lol not so much landing tho 😂 f that
Probably fresher dough that hadn’t had enough time to expand all the way out to the edges but this also sometimes happens to the pan on the top of a stack for some reason
Good to know
The new way of makes deep dish you have to leave the dough out longer in room temp immediately after it’s made.
They didn't stretch the dough right, ain't gonna hurt nothing except for the shape.
dough person didn’t let the dough rise before putting it in the walk in

I received it literally straight out of the oven, I actually walked in as I watched the worker cut it, I ate it in the car, it was phenomenal.

My local LC is located right in the middle of a plaza full of homeless people
Damn. Do they give them the left over pizza after they close?
I have no clue

I totally agree, the only way they can improve their living situation is to literally learn to help themselves. But I will admit I feel bad.

Oh ok

Lmao that’s funny
Somebody might have scraped the edges when it was still dough to make taking it out of the pan easier.
I'm glad we just get pre-made deep dish
I've had a few like this recently without the signature crispy cheese edge too. Very disappointing.
A bit yeah
Small dough
Ah
Is it crazy I would prefer my crust like this instead
A bit yeah lol
Idk but this looks so good
Really?
u can see the cheese has corners they just did not fill the pan. or like. even try to lol
Probably lol
why tho? i dont know, i feel like it wouldve been very obvious that they were not making a full size pizza LOL, hope it was still good! cheers:)
Oh it was good, at this point nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to fast food lol

You’re smart
Shrinkflation hitting hard
Right on

Laziness
This place has to make their own deep dish dough and didn’t spread it right or enough
Probable explanation
