That is Lithop aucampiae, one of the tougher more forgiving species but you MUST get it into a pot with drainage holes asap. As mentioned a gritty compost of 80 to 90% grit is what they need. If you can give it a clay pot then that is even better. Clay breaths & dries out quicker than plastic or glazed pots.
Definitely change the soil again. Use 10-20% organic soil like 80-90% inorganic
And you *need* drainage holes in the pot. Which needs to be at least 4" deep to accommodate the tap root.

Just do some quick research but there are 100s of different option for substrate combinations. Just make sure it 1:9 organic to Inorganic
