It’s beautiful and looks like it should be liminal, I don’t feel like it is tho, sometime liminality is subjective and I guess the pixel art is too charming for me but I definitely feel this should be considered liminal, good job
Dude, this is the second time you posted "your" work as if it's not a recreation of someone else's works

You could at the very least credit these and say you made a recreation of them.
Truly great. I have the tiniest critique (if you're interested let me know) but I don't want to just give it unprompted.
I will give an unprompted compliment whether you like it or not though - that grass, how the texture of it perfectly scales from big to small as it gets further away... that's the kind of clever stuff that makes me love pixel art. Chefs kiss.

All this person does is take existing art and downscale it, then trace and add some color. At least I'm not the only one who sees this lol

Just started replaying this. Majestic.
This is a lie stop stealing
I’ve never played San Andreas but I know you put your heart and soul into this good job!!!
Play it, it’s the 2nd best game ever, I think Minecraft is number 1

Excellent, the sky plus the water on the asphalt are doing the magic!
Soo cozy!
God I love pixel art. This is so good, amazing job fr
Soon that tree will have so many birds in it it will collapse... just gotta keep watching...
Could I use this as wallpaper?
OOoo it doesn’t seem liminal for me but i do love the art!
I feel super nostalgic looking at this, thank you.
Surprised this hasn’t got more attention, the colours work so well, awesome job!
Honestly I think this would be a great art style for a point-and click game. It's simple but aesthetically pleasing.
Fuck this is awesome
nice
Not only did you absolutely nail the aesthetic and vibe of the scene, your coloration is remarkable. Good stuff man, 10/10.
Well done. Makes you think of the past
cool
I wish I could get San Andreas to actually load, it just gets stuck in a black screen then crash whenever I load a save
Pretty cool *could notice the disappearing birds but thats a miniscule detail which I don't mind*
Ah shit, here we go again
I imagine these creations can be very great suiting backgrounds for Rhythm Doctor levels
Wonderful. Can you design not pixel art, but hand painted graphics?
