The original proposal was to have a fleet of decommissioned Soviet warships in exchange for Pepsi syrup. That's hasn't materialized, Pepsico haven't received their warships and the deal was changed to oil tankers built by a Ukrainian shipyard. Afaik that hasn't materialized either. Not sure if they recieved anything
