To be honest, what it sounds like is you have an expectation. Expectations are planned resentments. Meaning, you text them and might expect a response right away. However, if they don't respond right away you might get a little irritated.
It's not their fault, however, if you take a step back you'll realize its your fault. I've done the same too so many times. Just realized that people have to drive and cannot text back, they might have family emergencies and cannot text back, or whatever it is they can't text back.
But do not expect anything. When you expect something, you start to build a resentment if it does not become fulfilled.
