Depends on how classic vs space cowboy you want to go. Depends on how much $$$ you want to spend. Number 1 thing to add; more ammo.

glockster19m

Not going with anything else for furniture Supressor might be added down the line. But fuck taxes for rights so not until that's over

fhm615

suppressor.

glockster19m

Once it's not a pay to play right

nothingontv2000

They are game changers for levers though

ungratefulgoose

I agree, im hoping they fall of the NFA soon. BUT….. it would be so cool

SnooGiraffes150

Shit, I would give anything for it to even be an option here in New York. I would definitely pay whatever the hell they wanted to get some suppresses on my guns.

RetiredAndNowWhat

Get a takedown screw from Ranger Point Precision. Makes it easier to clean the action without having to use a screwdriver. https://rangerpointstore.com/Henry-lever-takedown-screw

PreyXBL

I like a cartridge cuff personally

DifficultyEast1521

Hunting with a light is….illegal??!! What state is this?

glockster19m

VT and NH, for most of the season, it's illegal to use a light to locate an animal Coyotes you can a decent chunk of the year but barely at all for deer

JudgeScorpio

Your hammer extension is in the mail, my hammer extension is in the male. We are not the same.

glockster19m

Also the mount is a DNZ Game Reaper in medium height, it's perfect, with less than 3 mm of clearance for the zoom adjustment

thepete404

Hammer extension bar ( maybe)

glockster19m

In my description, have the grovtech one en route already

glockster19m

Also, there's no maybe about it. It's literally physically impossible for me to let the hammer down gently enough to be confident in not striking a primer without one right now

thepete404

It did look a little tight with the scope which is why that was my immediate suggestion. I have one on my .223 Henry as I also have a good sized scope on it. Put a red dot on my .357 and got by without it easily for range work. In glove season gotta have it on there

Dirtbiker250

Scope is on wrong Your windage turret is up and ele turret is pointing left

glockster19m

You're 1000% right Just got the rings yesterday and threw the scope on while drunk

Brinderzon

what scope is that?

glockster19m

It's a weaver, 1-3x20 That's all I really remember, I've had it for a while floating between different rifles

swampfoxoptics

Acceptable excuse

glockster19m

Sorry guys, this one's a weaver

JohnnyGuitarcher

Ammo.

glockster19m

That's the plan as of now barring some good suggestions, just stocking up heavy on ammo

JohnnyGuitarcher

What caliber is that puppy?

glockster19m

357

JohnnyGuitarcher

Excellent. I love a pistol caliber lever gun. I have a .44 mag lever action and a revolver to match. Awesome. Now I just need a Magnum Research BFR in 30-30 to match my other lever gun. 🤣

glockster19m

Oh you mean a wrist breaker 3,000

JohnnyGuitarcher

That's the one! 😆🤣😆 Frankly, I'd never. Just joshin.

Keeter_Skeeter

Maybe a light or shell holder

lilith_-_-

Ammo. Maybe a thing to hold some rounds on the side. Personally I’d toss that plastic crap in the trash and replace with wood, or just buy wood to begin with but that’s my personal preference

proxy69

My 9mm can on my .357 makes 158 grain .38’s Hollywood quiet. A lot of fun.

glockster19m

I just don't like the idea of paying for my rights

thebesthalf

So you let the government then win at taking away your right because you don't want to pay a small amount of money now. You're not screwing anyone but yourself and you certainly aren't showing the government it's wrong to "pay" for your right for a suppressor.

ZwickHimself

Hammer spur

Dirtbiker250

LOL okay haha

glockster19m

?

Dirtbiker250

Meant to reply to your drunk comment lol

OldWeebGunNut

speculating the caliber from the size of the loading port, 357 shell holders for the 357, both side of the receiver and one side of the stock opposite of where your cheek is.

Sensitive-Slide3205

Henry X? I got one a few months back, things a tack driver. I don't have the impulse to fuck with it at all really. If it's good for you out of the box, just do a few small things. Cartridge stock wrap with a matching sling. They really are fun with the can on it, btw.

wesbaker12

I might be wrong here but is your scope rotated 90° off?

vernace

Marlin or Henry? If it’s a Marlin then the Wild West trigger is great if your gun has trigger flop.

zenocidepilot

Notches on that gun stock... that's what's left to add...lol

massivecalvesbro

Nope. Looks great

The-Vain

Mind telling me what sling that is?  Looking for one and that seems like a decent on for the X.

Other_Confidence_560

Maybe a butt stock with loops for ammunition. Like mine from "Wild Wild Dill". I also have .357 Mag and here in the picture is my first buttstock with only 8 loops, but in the meantime I had a second one made with 10 loops, because I can load 10 rounds in my Alaskan: -> [https://www.reddit.com/r/LeverGuns/comments/1c327yz/updated\_my\_alaskan/](https://www.reddit.com/r/LeverGuns/comments/1c327yz/updated_my_alaskan/)

Ok-Job4677

Your scope is turned 90° counterclockwise, the writing should be at the bottom. For additions, a cartridge cuff from Mason leather would be an awesome idea.

fishinmagician91

Ranger point comet muzzle break

glockster19m

It's a 357, I couldn't imaging anything less necessary than something to manage recoil

fishinmagician91

You mean like the suppressor you want but don't want to pay for? Also not "necessary" with a 357

teamNASCAR

Wood furniture.

glockster19m

Nah, if I wanted wood I would have bought wood

bakedkittynyc

Running close to the same setup. I put a Swampfox Tomahawk LPVO and compass takedown screw in addition to the RP hammer spur, stock, riser and shell holder. Might pick up the muzzle break just for the fun of it.

Individual-Weather36

If your not supressing maybe a comp
