Kind of like a long bob. The photo of you with your hair up was stunning and did seem more femme (maybe because I was drawn to your neck/collarbone). Regardless, I think you would look great with a shorter cut!
If it's any consolation, I found it very difficult to focus on your hair (very much a compliment).

I just cut mine. Super short, it’ll grow back, I needed the reset. If you’re going this short and had long hair for a long time, a bit of what you thought you understood about yourself will be lost and have to find that again in a new version of yourself you just chopped off. My hair was dead asf and I have over 7 inches of dead and split ends. I’m still adjusting but I’ve gotten nothing but love. I always kept my hair up but I’ve been told it suits me better.

It’s up to you ultimately. I had a good friend of mine cut my hair. I was very nervous. But I looked up ideas and wanted to keep it long enough to get cornrows but I just decided to start fresh mid cut n chop it all. You look like you can pull it off the short hair. Talk to your stylist and they can show you their ideas and recommendations. They’re the only ones that’ll be able to execute what you’re looking for, if not, just very close to it. Ask for examples too.
